I have had multiple storage units at this location over the last 5-6 years and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly and responsive if an issues does arise. I would highly recommend this location if you're in the market for storage!

I got a unit today at this location, I was nervous because I had never done it before. Luckily Gregg was there and helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and allowed me to check several units before I found the perfect one!

For my move to Olathe, I rented two units for almost a year. The units were clean, dry, accessible and secure. In addition to password access, the manager systematically inspects the site and exteriors of the units. She saw I had my lock on the unit improperly (meaning it wasn't locked!!) and she called to inform me. Storage gave me great service. I highly recommend it.

Had always have a great experience with staff member there, I think her name is Jean Marie. My husband and I come in sometimes and she is always checking the place out, like she is the security guard and cleaning up small bit of trash that others leave behind. My family loves her, kids think she is awesome and they pick up trash too because of her. Jean Marie is inspiring!!! She needs a raise please!!!!

Great place, very clean facility. Jean Marie was great, very helpful and I saw her fixing and cleaning her lot of small pieces of trash. My family was very impressed. HIGHLY recommend!
