I called to find out about a late fee which I mistook for a rate increase. I was considering moving to a different storage unit but Jessica got my rate back to what it originally was 4 years ago and was less that the unit I was considering. She was great. I appreciated that the customer service is US based and not overseas. Good job and good service.
