Ray is the best! I have had units here. My mother in law has had a unit here. And now my mom has a unit here. Ray has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. It’s clean and well kept with easy access. I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience, he went above and beyond for me and my family, and gave more than plenty lollipops for the kids during our tour and moving in! Ray was very helpful & made moving an easier and happy experience!

The representative was helpful and professional. He helped me to get the unit I wanted, and the whole process was very quick. The storage is clean and the inside temperature was quite cool on a hot summer day, which is great when storing delicate items and electronics.

I was getting my first storage unit and I knew nothing about it. I spoke to Ray and he was so friendly and answered all my questions! I would recommend Storage Mart if you are looking for top of the line facilities!!!!

Great experience from start to move-in! The gentleman with whom I spoke at the corporate headquarters, as well as the on-site staff, were all excellent. Ray at the facility was fantastic, patiently walking me to my unit, drawing me a map of the various entrances, showing me how to enter my access code, etc. I highly recommend StorageMart!

We were cleaning out a client's apartment before they moved to long term care and needed to store the property before family can arrive to shirt through and distribute things. We called to reserve the unit and got very good advice on the size for our property. We were able to reserve it and sign the contract online, so when we got there it was easy peasey to get the unit. Highly recommend StorageMart.

Ray was extremely helpful and kind! All of the other staff I came into contact with were all very friendly! This storage unit was really easy to get in and out of and there were always carts available to use! I definitely recommend StorageMart!

I highly recommend this StorageMart location to anyone who's looking for a quality storage rental with reasonable price. Their facility is relatively new and well organized. Their employee at this location, Mr. Ray, is very polite and supportive. Overall excellent storage rental service.A little advice: do the check-in in person if possible. Their website and remote customer service might need a little improvement.

I can not sing high enough praises about Ray, he's so friendly, and really cares about his job. He's always got a kind smile and a story or 2 for you. Very professional and knowledgeable about the store. He has helped out with questions many times and was very informative. He will help you find the right fit for you and your storage needs without just pushing for the bigger more expensive unit. Definitely recommend this StorageMart!

I love this Storage Mart! I rented my second unit after having my first one for almost two years. The A/C in this place is great specially for hot summer moving days. Ray, was extremely helpful in choosing the right storage space to accommodate all my furniture.

Ray, the manager, has been outstanding to work with! His customer service skills are ideal. I had a difficult move planned and he was able to assist me and take some of the major headaches involved away. My co-worker recommended this location and working with Ray has been excellent. He is forward thinking and had a perfect answer to all of my questions/concerns. I’ve had a storage place with a different company in Olathe in the past. But hands down I will point any business towards this organization due to the professional and helpful service Ray provided for me and my family. He ought to be recognized and rewarded for his outstanding skills. Thank you for helping our move go better than I had anticipated it would!
