151st and Black Bob - ask for Ivory! He did wonderful with my Deaf son and myself. Lots of issues and questions and he answered all of them. I came back and bought a phone from Ivory and he found me a great deal. IVORY IS AWESOME!!

Always a long wait, they took our number and we went next door to grab a bite. They closed 1.5 hours later and never sent a text and we were never helped

Terrible experience. Came in for a warranty device pickup and was told the manager said my device is now not approved for a warranty exchange. After 20 years of having service through tmobile i will be cancelling!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We have been here twice and love the location and Ivory!! He helped me with my long term dream of wanting an Apple Watch Plus my fiancé got a new phone. (His was from 2017) I will be back to get my upgrade! Ivory is always extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! :) Also, told my two coworkers about the Netflix add on

You think you will be there for 20 minutes. Next thing you know you walk out looking like Tom Hanks in castaway. Even if you have the best volleyballs on the island it still isn't a fun experience.

I went Nextel to Sprint to T-Mobile. Over 10 years I was with them. T-Mobile had a family plan and gave me a "free virtual line" when my daughter grew up and moved out she took got her own service. When I cancelled her line they started charging me for the virtual line, that I never used, Once I called about it they would not credit my for the charges. I never authorized or used the virtual line that was supposed to be complementary with the plan. More importantly they never stated that I would start getting charged for this line. T-Mobile care more about their $35.00 a month than they did to take care of a long standing customer. I will NEVER return to their service.
