The girl working at this store as the assistant manager is very rude. Looking through previous reviews, this is the same employee who treats everyone terribly, her photo can be seen in a previous review by another user, as she will refuse to identify herself or employee ID. The owner must be friends with her or family becauase years of complaints and owner responses to the common denominator of the issue with this location, and she's still at it. Skip this location and fo to 119th or deal with Tmobile directly by phone.I had asked her if everything was OK when the guy that was helping me with an order went to the back room unexpectedly in the middle of setting up that preorder. She had been helping him set up before he left to the backroom for some reason. She rolled her eyes at me and seemed disgusted by me asking (there were no other customers in the store other than myself). I sat and waited for my rep and when he returned I was told I would have to buy an accessory in order to buy a phone, which seemed weird, but i obliged to look through their cases with him on his tablet. We were next to one of the boom box speakers and it was loud, I couldn't hear my rep very well so asked if he could turn the music down just a little so we could hear eachother since I was the only customer in the store. He obliged and he turned the music down on the boombox so we could hear eachother. The assistant manager saw this and without saying anything to me or the rep that she watched turn the Bluetooth speaker down used her phone which apparently was blue toothed to the speaker and cranked it back up and smirked. I left and called tmobile directly to make my purchase, as I don't want to play childish games.Tmobile corporate advised the store lied about requiring an accessory to buy a phone (No duh). Tmobile customer service actually provides service too, unlike this store.

Theres this chick that obviously either had a bad day or doesnt enjoy her job whatsoever. I done went in and first impression was rude, dissatisfied, and she wasn't content. Almost every reply to my questions were rude. I was just another customer like everybody else trying to get service from tmobile but i got a rude person. All im saying is if you dont like your job then why wont you just go find another job? You can find a job anywhere that you'd enjoy more. Its fascinating how rude and not content people can be to complete strangers.

This place is even worse than the ratings you see. If you have had a chance to work with the manager shown, you know what I am talking about. Every neighbor I have refuses to go to this store after having a bad experience. Worst part is T-Mobile is about to lose several customers until she is removed.

I really think that Alicia was having a bad day when we first walked in. she had an attitude, but when we ignored it, it just got worse so I politely asked for her name and she looked me straight in the face and said I don't have to give you my name and I was so shocked I was like so like if I'm asking you something I don't know your name and like I wanna leave a review. I asked to speak to a manager and asked him for Alicia's name and when he gave it to me she got a bigger attitude and then we left because we have a one-year-old son and he doesn't need to see grown adults being rude.

Trash of store, walk in today Asian lady was like she just woke up, Bad attitude and poor interest on costumer service. T-Mobile just can’t do better for some reason .

Terrible customer service. Store was empty, no greeting, employees would hardly make eye contact. Waited over 15 minutes while two employees played on their phones before "helping". Go to the 119th olathe store instead

Absolutely scam of a store. Didn’t even ask us if we wanted chargers and put them in the bag and charged us for them. SMH. ?♂️ after asking if we wanted protection plan on both phones they still put it on our account when we checked this morning. They are scamming people and trying to get any little extra cent out of you that they can. Rude customer service on the phone. Very unprofessional.

Never experienced such a bad customer service like I did here at t-mobile store, will be transferring shortly , Verizon has great rates and actually care and didn't have to wait long to get help
