This store is half mile away from my place but I prefer driving 4 miles for the t mobile store on 135th street. They are very poor at answering your questions, my 10 year old nephew answers the questions better looking into my T-Mobile account.

Terrible, using a stupid check in system making customers who are ready and here wait ridiculous amounts of time. Made me purposely wait longer for leaving this review, calling corporate.

I came in on a warranty exchange and had the good fortune to be assisted by Ranard, who provided outstanding service. This was by far the smoothest transaction with T-Mobile to date.

We switched from AT&T and they screwed up the entire thing. My husband has been emailing the manager and has been in multiple times and no one will help him. He just waited again for 2 hours before being told the manager will not help him again today to get the billing errors fixed. Worst customer service and management. We will continue going in until this is fixed. Hours and hours of our time wasted.

0 stars!!!!We've been with TMobile for years, since Sprint days. Since the T Mobile take over, we continually face bad customer service. We are DISGUSTED with the store experience across Kansas City. The amount of time it takes to get in and out of a TMobile store for simple help or new phone purchases is absolutely criminal. As soon as we can with every person we can recruit, we will leave T Mobile. Three hour experiences for questions or purchases is insane. Lazy customer service reps, inadequate training, terrible organization are just a few of the problems we have experienced. T Mobile should pay us back for time and work hours missed. This has happened over and over and over. People simply don't have time for this ridiculously incompetent customer service. Do you realize people everywhere make fun of the stores?the time it takes... is like dealing with the old days of car dealers. Enough is enough. Improve your store and purchase experiences!

The special needs of all TMobile stores. 2 hour wait to upgrade a phone, which is a 15 minute process. Probably doesn’t help they have a person just going around adding people to a list, not actually working to get people wrapped up.
