We filed with Tax911 for the first time this year because our taxes just got a lot more complicated with a move. Bret and his team have been absolutely wonderful. We just got off a video call with Bret who went above and beyond to help us better understand our financial situation and help us decide what makes the most sense long term! I would highly recommend!

I called Bret Willoughby's office for tax help and he knew right off the bat that we were not a good match. Despite that, he stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes, assessing my situation and trying to find someone on Google who could better assist me.He did not have to do this. Other CPA's charge hundreds of dollars for a 15 minute consultation. Yet, Bret was patient, honest, and personable with me even when there was nothing in it for him.After our call, his office sent me a recap of our call with several recommendations to CPAs who he thought could help me - completely unaffiliated with his office.If my tax situation fit the bill, I'd be in Bret's office every year. He and his team are lovely to deal with and they do things differently than any tax consultancies I've ever dealt with. A+ for the team, 100% do recommend!

Bret and his staff at Tax911 have taken care of my tax returns for what must be 25 years - a few years of which I was in the US as a single and the last 20+ yrs overseas married with children. I couldn't be more pleased with the competent and caring service that Tax911 has provided to us every single year. Bret is up-to-date and informed regarding the ever changing tax laws for folks like us living and working overseas. Brad and his staff are the BEST. They are prompt and friendly in answering questions, and take their time in giving the best information possible. My wife and I have had our taxes done by Tax911 for the past two years -- first when we returned from Malaysia and had 1/2 foreign income and 1/2 in the U.S. We plan to have out taxes done again in 2015. We have used this tax firm for 8 years now. I used to do our taxes myself, but was overwhelmed with questions when we were in the States between overseas assignments. Bret helped me with those questions. They calculated our return to be hundreds of dollars more than what I had figured out myself. They have helped us through multiple international transitions, with an easy online platform and excellent customer service.
