I have bought very cute clothing from this boutique in the past. Always friendly associates…, However, I ordered 2 dresses online and had to bring one back and little did I know, they only give store credit! Buyer beware, you may not want to order online!

Resells is nice shop with many clothing picks. Store deco great. I like items to pick from. HOWEVER I was in Olathe shop this week looking for top for New Years. Found some great earrings and Christmas socks for grandkids. When I entered I stopped at front looking at merchandise sales clerk walked up with phone in hand never said one word to me. I continued shopping. Finally went to pay 4 salesclerks standing talking ignored me for some time. I finally said I wanted to pay for items on hold. Honestly they were more interested in talking with each other than waiting on customers.

These ladies provided the best possible customer service when I had an issue with an online order (that was not their fault). Needless to say, I'm incredibly impressed and plan to shop with them again!

This Boutique is AMAZING! I happen to be in the area and stopped in for a KC Chiefs Tshirt today. I am so thankful I did. They had such a cute, unique and large selection of KC Chiefs shirts, coordinating jackets and accessories. It was refreshing to be able to purchase a KC Chiefs shirt and not have to look like a Rally House commercial like everyone else. The staff were all so nice and made me feel so welcome. Even though the boutique was busy, I watched as they kept a conversation going with each individual focusing on what they needed and wanted, answering all questions etc. All of the clothing, shoes and accessories were so cute. The prices were very affordable and they also had a clearance room full of amazing items, no overstocked items in weird sizes etc actual merchandise that was as wonderful as current full priced items. Unfortunately even previous high end department stores seem to have fast fashion now days, so if you would like to experience real fashion you should make this your 1st stop. I am actually now excited about what I will be wearing for the holidays this year thanks to my new favorite boutique TeaElla!

Super nice staff and great selection of clothing that is very reasonably priced. They carry a mixture of trendy casual to more dressy apparel. In my opinion, it's the best boutique in the area.

Love this boutique! I don't live anywhere close to an actual store so I do all of my shopping online with them. I have bought several items and love them all! Good quality and fast shipping! I'm always excited to get my package in the mail! I get so many compliments when I wear an item I ordered from this store! Love it!

TeaElla is a super cute Boutique and I had an overall good experience there. The sales associates were friendly and helpful and the store was visually appealing. The only complaint I had is about the “return” policy. It’s not so much the policy, but I wasn’t even informed of the policy until AFTER I paid. I sometimes go shopping and try things on and love them, and then I get home and try again, and I change my mind. After I paid for my item and right when she gave me my receipt she then stated that they don’t do returns, you can only exchange within I think it was 14 days and either get a gift card or find something else. Again it wasn’t the policy, it was just how it was presented.
