I've been with Team for 5 years, I've known them to be honest and straight forward. I never had an incident or a reprimand, im a professional. But, Scott Wilson a newly appointed dispatcher to me had my contract voided. Scott always had an excuse for not posting new boards or being available to get jobs because he was busy. No one's personal life should stop others from providing for their family. Team has no loyalty

This place is special …if you need your semi moved or anything with wheels I would go somewhere else ..they do not have qualified drivers …no communication what so ever …do not waist your time with this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE!They hire negligent and unprofessional drivers. Who do not know how to properly transport a truck 600+ miles without running proper maintenanceThe driver took my truck off course to their house for 2 days without getting in contact with me putting an extra 100 miles on itI thought my truck was stolenTruck was not delivered how they picked it up.Truck was delivered damagedDriver did not record any of the issues on the BOLThe company itself has done nothing to resolve this matterThey will not return my phone callsI’ve been in touch with Rick, the CEO Michelle, the claims department and the safety department and have not heard a single thing.They did not send a tracking number to track my truckThe truck was driven and delivered on EMPTY because the driver didn’t have enough money.Their driver delivered my truck after dark so we could not assess all the damagesDriver showed up with no where to go or money to get anywhereVERY UNPROFESSIONALThen my truck had to go to the shop for a week and get fixed.I’ve called everyday!!

Everything was good with this company until I was an hour away from pick up and the dispatcher Scott abruptly tried to take the load from me. I picked up the truck anyways, everyone knows as a independent contractor you generally have loads lined up which was my case so I needed the load that was assigned to me delivering in Dallas TX. The truck was in poor condition but I still delivered, I am awaiting a phone call from Sherry who is supposed to be Amanda's supervisor but I haven't received the phone call yet. Unlike some contractors I am confident enough to pursue legal matters without an attorney which I will be doing if I don't receive payment for the last delivery. Some advice for ppl who are just starting to contract with various driveaway companies DON'T ever limit yourself to one company because they ALL try to screw you over, thankfully, I'm contracted with other companies. There's no amicable conclusion when dealing with idiots, I'll see y'all in court and post an update after the preceding for the viewers.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT ANY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO SHIP MY TRUCK ON WEDNESDAY 1/5/2022 PAID IN FULL , PICKUP WAS THURSDAY, 1/6/2022 FROM HATTIESBURG MISSISSIPPI AND DELIVERY DATE WAS THE MORNING FRIDAY, 1/7/2022 AT GROVEPORT OHIO. PLEASE BE ADVISED I GAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL THE LOCATION IN OHIO AND THE DROP OFF LOCATION "TERMINAL" WAS OPEN 24/7 IF THE DRIVER DID NOT MAKE IT BEFORE 5 PM ON FRIDAY, 1/7/2022. HOWEVER, I HAD A DISCOURSE WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT DUE TO THE DATE ON THE INVOICE WAS INCORRECT. FURTHERMORE, THE DRIVER KEPT MY TRUCK "2016 PROSTAR INTERNATIONAL, SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER, DOUBLE SLEEPER AUTOMATIC" OVER THE WEEKEND AND DELIVERED IT MONDAY, 1/10/2022. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE WAS "NO REASON" WHY MY TRUCK WAS KEPT OVER THE WEEKEND AT ALL. WHEN I ARRIVED IN OHIO I FOUND MY TRUCK "TRASHED" WITH LOTS OF GARAGE INSIDE. I HAD TO DO EMERGENCY REPAIRS ON THE TRUCK. THERE WERE NO FLUIDS IN THE TRUCK. BATTERIES WERE NOT BOLTED DOWN IN POSITION AND DEAD. THE STARTER AND IGNITION WENT BAD WAS WELL. I HAD TO REPLACE WHAT WAS MENTIONED ABOVE AND REPLENSIH ALL FLUIDS. THE SALES DEPARTMENT CONTACTED ME AFTER I SENT AN EMAIL STATING THE CONDITION OF MY TRUCK. THE ONLY REPONSE I RECEIVED THAT THEY WOULD START A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE DAMAGES. TO-DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. PLEASE LEAVE THIS COMPANY "ALONE" PERIOD!

Avoid this Company by all means. They steal your money, lie on you, and don't answer your calls, texts, nor emails after you turn in tags. They don't reply to you even if you work there and have an issue. They will tell you there is no one over Amanda to help you. Dispatcher Joe lied on me to clear himself from getting in trouble. Company seem to be small and everyone are friends so you will be terminated before them. Dispatcher Steve left me stranded somewhere because I wouldn't do a run he asked me to do. Team still owe me for 3 Deliveries since August, My escrow, and $299+ that they took off my Comdata card. They received my tag back within 10 days and now avoiding me. Compliance Department is a joke. Rude and don't communicate properly. Not sure if it's just the black people, but Dispatcher Joe will call and harass you all day and treat you as if your going to steal the trucks. He is most definitely a lier. Recruiter will not answer you again if you need something and HR don't answer the phone and don't call back. Amanda don't answer your calls unless you call Operator that sends an email across the board. I can explain my entire situation, but it's long. I wish I read the previous reviews before signing up. It appears the only good thing about this company is the variety of options on load board. Everyone 's entitled to their own opinion and my experience may not be yours. Just use caution and know you may need an Attorney to help you sue at some point.

You need to get a better logs department that's for Shure ... A ph # to call them would be great Up date thank you very much just received my escrow. . My dispatch was great Tony is a real good dispatcher. And so is Steve O 5 stars their . But I no longer work for team . And I am trying to get my escrow back. Who do I talk too . No one will answer my calls anymore. I have turned in my legals plates and everything else. So if you all read this please give me a call . Thank you
