This is my local UPS store and the people here are great. Very helpful and try to take the time to explain things if needed. It can at times get a little busy when everyone stops in, but they try to address the lines very well.

This UPS STORE is the BEST of the BEST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I HAD TO STAND IN LINE FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES IT IS WORTH IT. EVERYONE THAT IS EMPLOYED AT THIS UPS @119 N PARKER ST in OLATHE ARE SO COURTEOUS and FUN TO VISIT WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE.

Rudest customer service of any ups franchise Ive ever been to. Though the first time maybe she was having a bad day. Nope, she’s just outwardly rude and treats customers as an inconvenience

Standing in line 15 minutes, 4 people ahead of me, and only 1 person behimg the counter.
A second employee working in the back not helping customers. So slow!!!!!
The entire experience to return 1 Amazon package took 30 minutes.

I don't know her name but she has been at this UPS store for a while. She always has a great attitude and is super helpful when you need help or have questions. She never looks panicked even when she is knocking out several customers as they keep coming in. This is one of the best UPS stores in the area when it comes to customer service! 5 stars!

This location almost always has a notary available. I have notarize documents fairly often and this location compared to other ups stores is always staffed with a notary.

My husband and I, Always go To the UPS store on 119th N. Parker. I’ve always had a wonderful experience and so has my husband the staff there is very kind and friendly and so willing to help. I really appreciate them good place to do business.

This UPS location was welcoming from beginning to end. I called them to ask about the Notary services and the staff that answered the phone was polite and clear to answer my questions. There was a line at the store but it only took 5 minutes to start the process as the 4th person. The staff worked together to complete the Notary, helping me as needed. There was never a moment I felt pressured, rushed, or noticed anyone expressing a bad mood. I love to give employees positive recognition for good customer service skills. Today, for me, this group provided a comfortable experience. Thank you.

Awesome staff. I needed my Dyson vacuum packaged for an exchange and the man that helped me was stellar. The other lady working had a line to the door but got through everyone quickly and was super friendly.

Amazing! Rick, the manager, kindly and carefully individually, triple wrapped my grandmother’s delicate glass bottles to send to my cousin, ….a special reminder of times with family. He showed me each piece after wrapping and added plenty of padding. I also appreciate the “fragile” labels. :) Thank you so much!
