Astra has stellar customer service. I've worked in various levels of customer service for my entire adult life and I can honestly say I have never met anyone as genuine as Astra. She really seems to enjoy her job and interacting with people.

Just a horrible place to bank. They're atms are always malfunctioning. They will just take your money and not credit it to your account. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Terrible service, I had to wait 30 minutes. So that they would attend to me. The windows were alone. There was a long line and most of the people ended up leaving, because the only 2 people were serving clients in the office.Very bad experience!

I’ve been a customer of US Bank for over 20 yrs. The two people that were working there today were so rude. I can’t remember the females name but the man’s name was Justin. I was writing things down that I asked him he was like yeah write it down. I’m like how rude. If I didn’t have my mortgage with them I would have closed all 3 of my accounts with them . I still might! worst banking experience ever!

So I received a phone call from the company this morning they even left a voicemail smell but when I called back it was a commercial for US disability even though it's listed as US Bank tried to call to make a complaint was rerouted 5 different times still could not get ahold of anybody to make a complaint very disappointed in customer service probably won't be taking a loan out with US Bank anytime soon after this

I rarely need to go to the branch. Waited for 30 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me while standing in line. Don’t use this branch. Terrible customer service.

After being told to basically leave the 119th branch... my mom went to this branch and was so relieved that they were kind and helpful. She appreciated the time that Austin took to help her. She will only come to this branch if she ever has to go back to U.S. Bank.
