What horrid customer service. I couldn't believe these reviews and then I tried to use this branch because it was closer to my house. Peggy is the absolute worst. She told me it is my job as an account holder to know how things work regardless of what the bank employee tells me. I pointed out it was no wonder their branch had such bad reviews and she responded "Oh, well I think we get good reviews."

The Banker here is trying to help me to close one of my CD accounts. Guess what, they close the wrong one then I have to pay for the penalty. Dont ever let the bankers here to help you. They dont know what they are doing !!!!

Gave me a counterfeit $100 bill during a withdrawal. Didnt notice til a few days later, called the police & brought an officer with me to speak to the manager Abbie K.
She said she had seen other counterfeit bills, but refused to help me because they couldn't prove it was the same money.
She also refused to review the video footage.
These people are stealing from single parents on a budget, and refusing to help!
Currently being processed by the sheriff’s department for fingerprints.
AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!!

Friday at 10 til 5...only one lane open. When it's finally my turn at 503 they shut it off. At least finish the last car!

I’m a server so I’m constantly at this ATM. Especially on Sundays it never works. Do not come to this bank.

Had to come in to deposit a small amount of cash because the ATM only takes checks. It took almost 20 mins to deposit once I was inside the building. I went on my break because I expected it not to take years.

Actually switching banks because, for years now, US Bank does not have a working atm. This year I tried to get cash 2 or 3 times and couldn’t, machine could give dispense any cash. This week I tried to deposit cash and it was not a choice I could make. I could deposit checks, though. While the machine beeps loud enough to give me a headache. This is not the only atm trouble with US Bank in the area, but this branch is the worst.

Waited 20min only 2 customers in-line inside lobby. 2 bankers just talking to each other one lady was on Facebook only one lady was working on counter, when I got my cash she put the envelope front of me and left did not even count money

Rude slow and literally had to drive to this location to cash a cashiers check because the branch I went to in Olathe near my home couldn't get the 95th street location to answer phone and couldn't read signature on cashiers check. So I had to drive out of my way to go to this branch since they obviously couldn't get it together at either branch! Such a pain and then to be rude to me on top of it!! Really!! Thanks, but I'll pass on using this bank anymore! On to New Bank with respect and kindness!

Horrible wait times, slow service, a few of them are not that friendly. Much better branch not that far away. Refuse to use this branch again.
