Had to come in to deposit a small amount of cash because the ATM only takes checks. It took almost 20 mins to deposit once I was inside the building. I went on my break because I expected it not to take years.

Actually switching banks because, for years now, US Bank does not have a working atm. This year I tried to get cash 2 or 3 times and couldn’t, machine could give dispense any cash. This week I tried to deposit cash and it was not a choice I could make. I could deposit checks, though. While the machine beeps loud enough to give me a headache. This is not the only atm trouble with US Bank in the area, but this branch is the worst.

Waited 20min only 2 customers in-line inside lobby. 2 bankers just talking to each other one lady was on Facebook only one lady was working on counter, when I got my cash she put the envelope front of me and left did not even count money

Rude slow and literally had to drive to this location to cash a cashiers check because the branch I went to in Olathe near my home couldn't get the 95th street location to answer phone and couldn't read signature on cashiers check. So I had to drive out of my way to go to this branch since they obviously couldn't get it together at either branch! Such a pain and then to be rude to me on top of it!! Really!! Thanks, but I'll pass on using this bank anymore! On to New Bank with respect and kindness!

Horrible wait times, slow service, a few of them are not that friendly. Much better branch not that far away. Refuse to use this branch again.

Walked into the Branch @ quarter to 5pm. No line, Walter was professional, prompt and very courteous! One of the fastest deposits I’ve ever made! I asked about the previous bad reviews and he said most of the bad eggs got turned over. Give this bank another chance!

They need to have more than 2 people helping customers while I was using coin machine it ended up needing bags changed out because they were full so I ended up waiting for longer than I thought it would take but while I was waiting close to 45 minutes for someone to come to change it I finally got done and had to wait 30 more minutes to cash out I would have gone to another bank but I was kinda stuck staying there I saw two employees sitting in office having a meeting but they saw there was a long line but didn't help people came inside because they we're getting ignored in drive through and some people left this is why I bank somewhere else but it was for my mom who banks there and she is handicapped so that's only reason I had to go there hope owners read this but highly doubt it because they already have bad reviews and it doesn't change Please fix this location

I’m in the lobby on a Saturday and there are only two employees and one of them is manning the drive through. There are 7 of us in line to be helped. This is a shame and an insult to those who bank here. I am going to consider a new bank with faster service. I am very disappointed!!

Hate this place. Never answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Opening an account with them is one of the worst life choices I've ever made. The manager there is either standing around talking or sitting somewhere trying to avoid working.

Been banking there for over 20 years and raised location is the I've ever been treated. And the current manager was a B if I ever saw one. No customer service skills at this branch. I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the chance. No resolution but when I called the 1800 number the problem was fixed within 5 mins
