Worst post office I’ve been to! Employees are rude and unprofessional. I dropped a package 2 days ago and it hasn’t moved at all. There is no updates on the tracking information. Avoid this place!

Worst place ever. Never answer the phone no matter how many times you call or how long you stay in the line . They never deliver the mail to the right address and take 0 responsibility for it. I had over $400 worth of packages lost in one month because they keep delivering to the wrong address or not delivering anything and informing it as delivered. I called a million times to place a claim and they never took the phone,plus the automated system is impossible to use .

The manager and their clerks at this location are telling customers that it is USPS policy that they cant scan more than 5 prepaid packages to give you a receipt. They told me I would have to come back when they are less busy with 2 clerks as the window and 2 people behind me in line. I just want everyone to know this is a lie and that is not a USPS policy and you should not be turned away as a customer for prepaying your packages! They told me I could just leave the packages on the counter and they “promised to scan them” however I have done this before and packages weren’t scanned in and therefore weren’t tracked until packages were scanned delivered which is not a good business practice for individuals to be able to track the packages they bought tracking for!! Postmaster needs to speak to his employees about turning away paying customers who have a business account!!

I’d give 6 stars to Doris if I could. She was spectacular on a *very* busy day, and I couldn’t have completed my passport work without her. She was incredibly kind and smart, and working with her is the best experience I’ve ever had working with the post office. You rock Doris, thank you so much!!

Apparently my package is coming from here and they are late, it says Saturday, and u don't deliver on Sunday, mail already came, just another post office filled with lazy paid employees

For anyone trying to schedule an appointment for anything relating to passport services make sure to avoid this location. Honestly one of the worst experiences, where the workers seem to enjoy being cruel. While I was waiting for my appointment, there was an elderly gentleman who was struggling a bit out the door to which all the workers openly laughed at him. Then a couple came in who were deaf, the first desk immediately said that she’s does not deal with deaf people and tossed them a paper in pen. Then my experience, Richard the only one to process the passports had some choice words for me for not knowing who my father is, and decided to add on surprise fees without explaining what the charges were for.

The energy in this USPS is so much brighter than any others I’ve been too. It’s all laughs and smiles! The black gentlemen, I believe he has locks, was so helpful and so kind. I left feeling happy which rarely happens after a visit to USPS. If you have to go to one, pick this one!

I’m honestly upset I haven’t even make this review because USPS has always been me and my family’s go to when sending packages because they live in Wisconsin and I’m in Kansas. But my family sent me a package with Christmas gifts January 2nd and it’s been sitting at the warehouse since January 4th. (When it was supposed to be here on the 6th) I can understand a few days delay because of the winter storm we just got but it’s getting very unnecessary at this point. My grandma has called everyday and they just give us the run around and different information each time and very rude customer service. I filed a claim for the insurance she payed to have on it and we were told we aren’t even able to get the insurance money from it. Don’t use USPS if you want fast and reliable delivery, I hope to get my package but I don’t see it happening. I will definitely be using Fed Ex from now on. Do better USPS.

I mailed a package 1 week ago. It was to arrive 3 days ago but didn't. Sadly, I lost my receipt. I was so upset with myself and sad that my brother hadn't received our (deceased) Dad's keepsakes. Terisa was able to track down the tracking # for me. She also located the package. She was so busy yet took the time to help. I so appreciate her and the kindness she shared!
