They have definitely improved greatly since all the problems they had with short staffing during the lockdown. It was rough, \\u0026 I almost gave up \\u0026 went somewhere else, but it really wasn't the fault of the people who work there, so I stuck it out \\u0026 I'm glad I did. I've always been treated well \\u0026 they've always done their best to help or answer questions. I've been using them as my main pharmacy for at least 15+ years \\u0026 plan to stick with them.

Paid $18 for a passport photo and it's horrendous. Grainy, hyper-saturated, and low res. Passport agency would definitely reject it if I tried to use it. Asked them to do it again and it was no better, so I gave up. Waste of time and money.

Don't bother trying to call, I've waited for thirty minutes before they hung up on me three different times on different days. Hour plus pickup times.

I go in once a month to pick up my meds and every time I have to deal with a very salty, snotty pharmacy tech who is always in a nasty mood. I will be getting my prescriptions moved to another store because of the lack of customer service. It's not hard to be nice or professional maybe becoming a pharmacy tech was a bad choice for her maybe she should have gotten into a different more solitary occupation like a land mine tester.

They have just one assistant and one pharmacist on duty. I have an appointment for a vaccination and it looks to be awhile. Can't this company get it together?

Jeffrey helped me look for a Squishmallow today and went above & beyond for me. Definitely deserves a raise, and was friendly and helpful the whole time. The Squishmallow girlies appreciate you, Jeff

Manager wouldn't let me return an item. He said 'they don't carry it'. Guess what? They do carry it and other Walgreens carry it. Manager is a rude guy with no customer service skills. The 1.8 google rating is well deserved! Walgreens should close down this store.

This pharmacy is a complete joke. F***** yo my script twice, and had to wait 1.5 hours for some lidocaine. No sense of urgency or caring from the staff at all. F****** clown shoes.

We have been trying to pick up my son's prescription since last week . They have changed their hours and are no longer open on the weekends. So my husband went to the pharmacy 30 minutes before the were to close. He stood in line when they got to him he was told it's after we close I'm not opening the safe for you. My husband tried to explain that we've been trying to get the prescription for a while now. She did not care and was so rude! Mind you it was like 7:05pm. So I'm looking for a new pharmacy. What a shame I've always liked Walgreens and never had an issue until now.

I had an appointment at 0930 for a Covid test. The website specifically said to "follow signs and instructions" which there was none, the window to the pharmacy was closed, and the email confirmation had no way to "check in" for my appointment/let them I know I was in my car waiting to get tested. I called the walgreens number and was on hold for 40 minutes. Twice someone picked up, said "walgreens pharmacy please hold", then put me back on hold. After the 40 minutes on hold someone picked up then imidiatly hung up the phone. I assume so it would stop ringing. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Was put on hold on phone over an hour. Did not text when one of my prescriptions was ready. I have been out of another prescription now for several days. They do not answer the phone, so don’t waste your time!
