Do not order pictures through the Picta app with this store! I received confirmation of the order, went in hours later only to find NO order! They assured me they would print them out. I came back again, hours later...NO pictures! I give up!

Sometimes you need something quick from a drugstore. Really sucks when you leave work to drive 2 miles there, and it's still not open a half hour past it's opening time.

I've been sitting in the pharmacy drive through line for over 40 minutes. One lady getting helped....for over 40 minutes. If something takes that long go park your car and go in! Take their phone number and call them when it's ready! I couldn't back up and leave because the line was 5 cars deep. I transferred one prescription to this location, but I'm not coming back. Terrible mgmt!

You're better off going to Kendle from down the street than this pharmacy. At least he's got stories to tell. If you want your prescriptions within a decade, just go to the CVS on 151st and Murlen. The only ailment this pharmacy can cure is low blood pressure. STAY AWAY.

I have been on hold for nearly 3 hours trying to figure out why my prescription hasn't been filled. I decided to go into the store, and the line is 15 people deep. This is highly unprofessional.

Went in to check on why they don't have my other 2 prescription refills that my doctor sent to them. I went in and there was 14 people in line waiting to be served. I waited 25 minutes and moved up 4 people in line. I had to leave so I called the store. I waited on hold for 47 minutes before they answered the phone. Very frustrated that my health insurance makes me deal with Walgreens. They need more help in the pharmacy as they are pleasant to deal with but only if you can actually speak with them. Go elsewhere if possible.

Don't know what is going on at this Walgreens at 151st & Ridgeview but for days I have sat on hold for over 20 minutes with the recording reporting that there are more than 3 callers ahead of me and no one ever picks up and that number never goes down. Tried going inside and in line at Walgreens and waiting for over an hour and never getting to talk to anyone. I was notified by them of refills due, I agreed to the refills and it has been over a week and it still says processing. I need my meds and you cannot talk to anyone. If you cant fill prescriptions you need to shut down so people know you can't do your job and go elsewhere. Can't even talk to anyone to transfer my meds. So right now they are risking peoples lives and no one seems to care. Absolutely ridiculous.
