Extraordinarily long phone wait times. I’ve even had them pick up the phone and immediately hang up on multiple occasions. Consistently unfriendly / unhelpful staff. Regularly out of stock on medications. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Kind & accommodating pharmacy staff, can sometimes take a while to get a phone call through to them but the pharmacists themselves are not at fault for understaffing issues (which are unfortunately very common across all Walgreens locations). Lived in the area for over a year and never had a bad experience here.

Stopped by recently to pick up an 8x10. I received an email saying the order was ready but the team had not yet transferred the print into an envelope, printed my sticker, and filed it. But they were having a good conversation when I arrived. Meant a few more minutes of waiting. Not the end of the world, but not necessary.
Work while you chat, guys.

Never have I ever in my life seen a more incompetent, unprofessional staff than these pharmacists at the store. They are incompetent, rude, unwilling to do anything other than the basic minimum, and even that’s a stretch. The male pharmacist hung up on me multiple times because he couldn’t figure out why his system wasn’t showing the same thing that I was seeing on my end and what every other location could plainly see. They Ran my card payment multiple times to the point where I received a fraud alert from my bank. They promised they would have my prescription delivered to me as I am disabled, and then one hour before closing told me they finally figured out what the problem is and I would not receive my prescription until the following day. Then hung up on me again.
It’s no wonder stores are closing and stocks are plummeting. I’m guessing they hire the rejects from other pharmacies that nobody else want’s because the level of incompetence was completely unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS. Really anywhere else besides here.

Typical Walgreens. Expensive everything. Nothing special. I've had tons of issues getting insulin from here in a timely manner in the past, so I don't trust them for my diabetic supplies usually.

Called the Gardner store & was told there under staff and maybe on Sunday you could stop in for a Flu shot. Called the store on 151st & Ridgeview 3 times & was hung up on all 3 times!! Sorry Service in my opinion!!

Ordered holiday magnet cards on Friday last week . An hour later I received an email saying my order was ready.I went to pick up my order today ( Monday) and they could only find one part of my order . They said they were sorry that they lost my holiday magnet cards but said they would reprint them now but promised it would only take 5 minutes. So I waited inside with my 3 year old and newborn.They charged me full price even though they lost my order and didn't give me the 40 envelopes that were supposed to come with the holiday cards.Very irritated

They filled the wrong prescription, I threw away the receipt which I know was my fault but I had the box and bar code and paid $45 for something I can’t use and they won’t refund me. Then I had to pay for my correct prescription on top of that. I was there 3 times. They also tried to blame my doctor for the wrong prescription when it was them who changed it. $45 is a lot of money to literally be wasted on THEIR mistake. Horrible service, they could care less about their customers. My doctors office recommended that I start going somewhere else because they have issues with them frequently.

filthy restrooms....I assume it hadn't been cleaned in months. A/C wasn't working either. This place has been in decline for a while now.
