I WANT to give this place more credit, especially since I've come here my entire life when needed. The reason used to be they would have a handful of over-the-counter medications that have always worked for me.
However.. I cannot ignore the fact they have slowly but surely been getting rid of these medications, some just disappearing off shelves and others being replaced with brands I've never heard of, those new brands also ineffective in their application. It's gotten to the point where I'm happy to just go down to somewhere like Walmart and pay the extra to get the stuff that works. The people they have hired here are also not great. Weather it's ignoring the intercoms for a whole 10 minutes while it pings for ANYONE to come to a section, or just the people at the counter who can't be bothered to do anything but scan the products given to them and stare at you.
(There is one middle aged lady who's actually super awesome to run into, it's unfortunate I see her so infrequently)
As for the pharmacy, I've gone through my problems with them in the past, and by the looks of it, it hasn't gotten any better. If the people in there aren't bad enough to make you go elsewhere, the prices will. Again, Walmart or even CVS can get you much better care in any regard.
It's really unfortunate the direction this place has gone. It wasn't always like this and it deserved better.

Horrible customer service, this is why people aren't going to drug stores anymore...im trying to buy lidocaine patches that the ER doctor told me to get for a broken rib. I go to a drug store knowing it would cost more than Walmart, but they would be more knowledgeable. The Walgreens brand says buy 2 get 1 free. I go to check out and the FSA card says only one box is eligible. I ask the lady what one item did it pay for...she said "I don't know, I can't tell" which is stupid, just look at the screen, it tells you. She just kept saying she can't tell and just pay for it with my debit card. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!! AND THESE COMPANIES WONDER WHY PEOPLE GO TO WALMART INSTEAD!!! BECAUSE AT LEAST AT WALMART YOU DONT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH IDIOT WORKERS...YOU CANT FIND ANY.

I had just switched here because my walgreens shut down. I went in to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was extremely rude when I wasn't even rude to her. I was in shock and very confused. Ive seen not so great customer service but this was just like this person didn't realize they worked there and was supposed to actually be helpful. I do not usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews. I try to do the opposite, but this was just so bad that I hope I can save others a really bad experience.

**Attn: anyone getting a vaccine here. ***The store itself is fine- a typical Walgreens. But twice now I’ve scheduled a vaccine on their website and arrive, only to find out they don’t actually have that shot and filling out the online paperwork is a complete waste of time because when it has worked out to take a different shot, I’ve had to fill everything out all over again. This is a company/system-wide issue, not necessarily this location.

Terrible service, tried using their western union and was told by all 3 employees including the manager that they didn't know how to use it. Manager who wasn't even wearing a name tag, black guy told me to change the language in Kiosk. Still wondering what language other than English he was suggesting and not sure how that was going to help complete transaction. Very incompetent and disgusting attitude from them all.

Some older woman working there followed me and my friends around when we were looking at merchandise (like any customer would) like we were stealing. It was EXTREMELY rude.

me and and my friends were looking at the squishmallows and this lady with glasses, and blonde hair accused us for stealing. she kept following us around and went in the candy isle 4 times while we were just looking for candy. it made us feel very uncomfortable so we put down our stuff and left. will not be coming here again because of her. Not to mention she scoffed and bumped my friend in the shoulder while coming down the isle.

Went in just to load money to my Capital One Bank account. The front register was run by Mohammad whom was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The other employee went to the other register to help and received the same treatment from his coworker. Called manager Gary out for the behavior and treatment of his employee and he genuinely didn't care. Luckily I went in alone because my husband would not have handled me being talked to like that lightly. I felt 100% unvalued as a customer. My money is as good as anyone else's! Shopping at CVS from now on.

Paid $18 for a passport photo and it's horrendous. Grainy, hyper-saturated, and low res. Passport agency would definitely reject it if I tried to use it. Asked them to do it again and it was no better, so I gave up. Waste of time and money.

Terrible. I used to work as a pharmacy tech at Walgreens for over 10 years and I am just astounded at how this pharmacy is. I wish my insurance didn’t drop cvs for Walgreens. Phones holds are always 30 minutes minimum if they answer, poor communication, minimal customer service skills, and unfriendly pharmacist and supportive staff. Store needs help from head quarters who should better support staff so they can serve the public better. At least they get a lunch break. Never had one when I was there. Do better walgreens.
