My five-month-old son needed a prescription filled, when I called to make sure they received the prescription I was told that they didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait till Monday or they would call around to find a location to switch it to. Stephanie spent over 10 minutes trying to help and was able to get the location switched for me. I'm so grateful that she took the time to meet our needs!

Update: Still no TilePix. I will not be ordering from this Walgreens again.I placed an order for “Same Day” pickup TilePix when they had a 70% off promo. My order said it would be ready the next day after 11am, which made sense because I ordered the night before. I went to Walgreens the next day at around noon, and it took me 10 minutes to find someone to help me at the photo area. The manager told me that the photo gal would be there after 2, so I should come back around 4. I came at 5:00 and was told that they did not have the kits to put the TilePix together. She told me to check next Wednesday. I went back the next Wednesday and was told the same thing. I did not have a chance to go today, but I will be stopping by tomorrow to see if perhaps they have gotten the kits to finish my “Same Day” order. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

They told me they would let me know when my prescription was filled, hours later, they tell me they are out of stock. Why didn’t they have the courtesy to tell me when I was on the phone with them that they didn’t have it in stock! They wasted valuable time with a medicine that needed to be started immediately! I will never return to this pharmacy.

I want to give zero rating. I am a health care professional and so far the most un professional pharmacy staff. Scheduled a appointment for flu shot and staff was very unhappy about it as if she did not want to do it. And then I was out of network and she was very rude about it. I always hated Walgreens and this made it worse.

Absolutely disgusting disrespectful pharmacy employees. They were so rude to me I can’t believe it. I’m not sure how or why these people get hired to handle customers with service regarding there personal prescriptions but they really need to stop if they don’t want to run out of business.

Kylie is an amazing worker and she helped me out alot with the makeup and where the medical stuff was. Best interaction I've had with an employee.

Do yourself a favor and don’t use the pharmacy here. They close an hour later than the website says. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I’m STILL waiting on my prescription I was supposed to start 2 DAYS ago! They are never open due to “staffing issues.” I’m sorry but when people rely on you to provide them their medication that they rely on for a variety of things, that’s a MAJOR issue. I will not be using Walgreens pharmacy after this. Way to many freaking issues with this place

Call in to check if the pharmacy will be open, they say "open till 7." My wife arrives just after 4 and is greeted with a "we're closed" sign and I wish I could say this was only the first time but it's not. This pharmacy is unreliable.

Avoid this place if possible. I was waiting on the phone for an HOUR with 2 callers ahead of me the entire time. How on Earth does it take this long to get through to the employees? I guarantee they were just ignoring the phone. They left me on till after they closed early and never answered me. Not to mention the fact that they close hours before their posted hours. I didn't have this problem calling a different Walgreens, but they were unable to transfer my prescription unfortunately.

I was hopeful that I could give a zero rating. Walgreens needs to close their pharmacy & stick with selling candy & makeup. They are closed as much as they are open. My wife is very ill & we spend a lot of money on prescriptions annually. We moved all of prescriptions to KU Medical Center where the service is phenomenal.

I would give zero stars if possible. Prepaid for a prescription to be filled, when I got here the pharmacy is "temporarily" closed. If they aren't open during their posted business hours they need to let us know. I needed my prescription TONIGHT not tomorrow. Had I known, I would have chosen another location. I will be choosing a different pharmacy moving forward.

So understaffed lately that the pharmacy is randomly closed every time I go during their stated business hours. The only way to know whether they’re open is to read the paper on the front door when you arrive.
