I can no longer pickup at this Walmart. Their pick up department is a joke. More than one time they have taken forever to get their items delivered to me. Today was the last straw for me. I checked in right before 10am. it was busy so i didn't expect my items to be out crazy fast. I see people getting their orders all around me. I double checked my app to make sure i checked in. They even had 2 guys on pickup jobs that clearly needed one. I've seen this before and i have been there enough to know that they are not in training. they have no hustle and were hanging out. I called twice after waiting a while and no one answered the phone. I finally called again because it was after 10:30a at this point and that was 40 minutes after i had checked in. that is unacceptable. When i finally got through, they had to track my order down. The guy on the phone was friendly but didn't apologize for the wait. by the time i left it had been an over hour. i verified my stuff was still cold because it could have been sitting out. The gentleman said my order was released at 10:11am and simply not brought out. What if i had not called, none of the employees even checked after the other cars were coming and going. This pickup location is a joke. Do NOT recommend.

The employees here are generally nice and helpful. However, I am a handicapped Senior Citizen who still works during the week so I have to shop on weekends. I have to use the electric riding carts and on the weekends the aisles are getting more and more congested which makes it hard to maneuver the riding cart through the aisles. The people who are shopping to fill delivery and pick up orders have these huge racks with bins on them and they take up a lot of room in the aisles. And every week it appears there are more and more of these racks in the store. I do not want to order online because grocery shopping is about the only way I can get out of my apartment to mingle with other people these days. I haven't been out to a restaurant since Covid because the prices are ridiculous so my friends won't go and neither will I. I may have to cut down on my trips to Walmart and start going to the other grocery stores because of this problem of getting around in the overcrowded aisles. Walmart does have good prices so I will continue to shop there for certain items but for staples like milk, meat, bread, etc. the chain grocery stores are just as cheap when I stick to the store brands and they do not have the aisles filled with big racks of bins.

It is getting silly how much stuff they have under lock and key. Make up, laundry detergent, press on nails...pretty soon it will be the whole store. It completely ruins the shopping experience. And not to mention makes it really inconvient for having to track down an employee every time you need anything, as if they aren't busy enough already! I see this eventually hurting walmarts profit margins more than actual theft does because nobody wants to shop like this. People will go somewhere else to shop and walmart will lose money.

Purchased “Apple AirPods” on Walmart.com. Received cheap counterfeits and had to return them. Was simply told this happens all the time and not Walmart’s fault because it’s a different seller. My expectation buying through Walmart’s site is the same as buying at the store - “sellers” should be vetted the same as vendors for in-store products. If I order a clearly labeled Apple product, that’s what I should receive - not weak excuses with no accountability. You’ve lost my trust.

Typical WalMart. Knew where items are located, self checkout and ran!

When the item said it is stock in the app but they don’t really have it when you get there. There are many employees but they can’t help you at all.

There are more Walmart employee shoppers than customers. They block the isles and are very inconsiderate of customers that they nearly run over. Only because the customer is paying attention to where they are going.

I got what I needed. But if you rate or not. Walmart doesn’t care. It worth billions dollar.
