Horrible serviceWent to independence store today talked with someone and was doing all the trouble shooting for my phone. Got told I needed to replace the phone itself and it was just a lemon, but that they didn't have mine in stock. Drove all the way out to oletha where they had one on hold for me just to get a worker who swore up and down that he could fix my problem without switching my phone. Gave me a different SIM card and completely ignored me and kept talking over me when I told him the signal wasnt the only problem. Wasted my time, and my gas. Was truly disrespectful and unhelpful.

Absolutely DO NOT do business here. I have been in multiple times to fix a billing error. An error that was made by the employees that cost me money. And apparently I’m not eligible for reimbursement for their mistake. This will be my 5th time going into to fix said error and they still have not been able to fix it. Xfinity will steal your money.

I canceled my service and they still took money out of my account. That was an error in the system they said. So I have to wait 3-5 Business day to get my refund. well today I had to call them back because I still haven’t gotten my refund had to talk to 5 people and tell them the same story. an hour and 15 minutes on the phone and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days. Do better xfinity

This is the worst internet ever ever please please don’t use xfinity I give them one star to be able to write the review. They said I’ll get 400Mbps but it was 10Mbps. If I didn’t get my iPhone 15 from them I’ll definitely switch back to metro PCs.

The wife and I worked with RYAN KIPS last night to get our AT&T cell phones on the Xfinity network and he was a ROCK STAR! AT&T was causing us some issues with porting our phones over and he stuck with it and stayed late to get our cell phones switched over to Xfinity Mobile. THANK YOU RYAN - MUCH APPRECIATED! A+ service Sir!

I was laid off in July. I went in to cancel my cable and another service on September 11th, but kept my internet service. They still charged me my regular bill on the 28th. Now they are charging me $232 for just my internet! I'm stuck since I have xfinity mobile and paying off phones. I've turned off autopay so they can't rob me till this mess is addressed. Being laid off sucks, being treated like this makes it even worse.

close the store horrible customer service!! xfinity should be ashamed, they better hope google fiber doesn't expand in this area cause there will be a mass exodus. the manager has zero customer service skills.

These idiots are back at it again. Finally got all the holes fixed in my yard that had been going on for 4 months. 2 large open holes for 2 of those months. A week later they dig 3 more holes. 1 in my yard, 1 splitting mine and the neighbors yard 6ft away and another on the other end of his yard. 6 months of "construction" and that's using that word conservatively, more like destroying the yards of everyone in the neighborhood. This tells me that if there was an issue with service it would take months to get fixed while they still happily deduct the monthly payment from your account. Clearwave was in and out of my neighborhood in less than a week! Yards weren't destroyed either, you can't even tell they were here, besides a few small boxes. My yard has 2 large boxes 2ft x 3ft and I'm sure as hell not using these morons. And I'm pretty sure all my neighbors went with clearwave for all the reasons listed above. But it's funny because they say if Comcast offers free service they'll take it while it's free and then cancel it to go back to clearwave. This company is a joke!

My issues are being charged for something, then not getting the needed credit. Repair technicians don't carry the box I have. That results in more issues. Not enough time to go into detail.When my contract expires, I'll have to see what my options are.

Outages sometimes 2x a day. Sound goes out briefly. Comcast is really bad in are area. Wouldn't choose them again.

I don't know if Comcast has turned over a new leaf, if it's the area or I just got extremely lucky, but I've never dealt with nicer salespeople. Triston was an absolute joy to work with and had my service request finished in a quick and professional manner. 5/7 would come again.

The service is overpriced and completely unreliable. They don’t have a customer service number, you have to set up appointments through a bot. Im considering moving apartment complexes just so I can get back to Google Fiber since my apartment complex does not offer Google Fiber.

I went in today to return a flex box because I disconnected service. 10 months ago, when I returned the router, the return process was a 30 second transaction . However, this time they demanded to see my ID! I didn't have it on me so they wanted me to go get it and said they would toss the equipment in the trash if I left the equipment with them. Apparently, it was a red flag that I gave them the shipping label with my address instead of telling it to them verbally! Why they would want to unnecessarily harass a customer is beyond me but it felt like they were on a power trip. The manager should know better than side with the rep that made the initial demand for my ID. Xfinity should close down this store instead employing people that try to throw their weight around for no reason.

Lauren at the Olathe, KS location is fantastic. Went in because my wife's phone couldn't connect to the network and Lauren figured it out the SIM card was bad and replaced it. Viola, fixed!
