Update. They need more kitchen help. This poor girl is working all by herself with a dozen pizza orders. It’s ridiculous and not due to her fault but terrible service.

Went in to get pizza and gas as I do often when passing threw and whoever this new manager is has the worst customer service in the world and as for my pizza and the store hasn't gotten any better since the last management of anything its worse.... I can't except how your store manager has treated and talked to me that will no longer be using any Casey's locations

After just picking up our pizza and having a rather rude experience with the person at the register saying that they were out of certain toppings and getting home to find out the pizza didn't even have the sauce that was the base on it, I decided to call and see what they were willing to do to make amends. I was informed that even though I personally pulled the cheese and and toppings away from the dough and looked on both sides and there was nothing there while being told on the phone by the guy making the pizza that I am wrong and he knows he put it on there. I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star review because between the workers and the lack of options for anything at that location even that may be too high.

Never stocked, food warmers empty. I was told 2 months ago they were training a new manager but yet still can't get anything right.

The whole operation is ridiculously run. Always out of everything. Some workers rude and not attentive. The lines are so long if you decide to wait for your turn. Manager not always friendly and definitely fake and untrustworthy. Oh yeah, the gas tanks are a joke. Good luck on filling up your gas tank. Do not recommend!

This place has been a hit and miss for many years. Used to love their pizza and could turn a blind eye to the service we received... however the last time we ordered pizza it was barely cooked AND the customer service was awful. We ordered for take out and arrived at the pickup counter at the time designated. The staff didn't acknowledge us for 15 minutes and when they finally did they acted like we had just killed their mother. After all was said and done, we got the pizza an hour late and it wasn't worth it. However, if you are NOT ordering food from this place then you might have a better experience. The check-out line is always long for some reason, but whoever is usually running the counter at that time is very friendly. Since there isn't a full grocery store in town, they do have last minute things you might need without having to drive to Paola (albeit more expensive though).

Store employees were friendly and helpful but the bathrooms were filthy. Needs to be cleaned more often.

I called in a pizza and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived there nearly 20 minutes after I called it in and it wasn't ready. I waited another 25 minutes and it wasn't ready. So I had to leave without it. It's one thing when you can't do something and give good service. But it's another thing when you are rude to your customers. I saw several people that were done wrong and did not see one apology. Only rudeness to the customer.

Can’t even get breadsticks made in 15 minutes. Nothing stocked in the cooler or warmer. Got some Goldfish that was supposedly buy one get one however didn’t ring up that way. Left without my breadsticks and completely dissatisfied. Main Street Casey’s, you need to do better.

Horrible customer phone service. Ordered a pizza 30 minutes ago that they claimed would be done in 15 but when I get there 20 minutes later it's not even in the oven yet. Ryan seems like he needs some more training or extra help back in the kitchen.

Google says open until 10, but then click into it and it says 930 but then I've shown up 3 different nights and the doors are locked by 850. Really frustrating

Nice new store. Clean, decent size, location, plenty of parking and pumps, Faster service unlike the ones in Osawatomie, they are one of the worst gast stations, I despise having o go there. Usually wait in line for at least 10min or more. They only have one cashier a all times. And they are notorious for messing up pizza orders at the Osawatomie locations.
