“Give it a chance! The outside needs to be fixed up, but the rooms are modern and redone! Clean comfortable beds, the shower was hot and strong. The TV was the perfect size especially for two beds. Oh, the best part, the neighbors are quiet 😉
The owner did a great job updating the rooms. Hes on his was to redo the outside. Its a hidden gem for sure.
Currently in a hotel with a nicer exterior but it has nothing the landmark had room wise.
All that matters is that the rooms are Comfortable and clean. The landmark has nailed that.”

“Decent small RV park with pull through sites and good water pressure. No laundry facilities. It's located about 10 minutes south of Paola. Quite location just about a mile from the highway”
