I loved the people who help. They were very kind!! And they were understanding which most people are there to get their job done, but they were to actually help, and they did their job faster than most places but did it right at the same time!

My internet went down which was a problem since my granddaughter attends online school. It was around 3 in the afternoon and I was worried that I would have to wait until the next day. Right around an hour later they were at the door. Half an hour later some equipment was replaced and I was up and running. So wonderful.
