This bank is the worst. They pulled money from my account for somebody with the same name as me from another city three times. I had to catch the mistakes wait a couple days for them to fix it and fill out paperwork stamped by a notary for mistakes they repeatedly made.

Arvest's predatory practices have led to policies which vicitimize the poor with egregious application of fees and complete refusal to show mercy or understanding. A truly disgusting example of corporate greed led by David Short, who surely enjoys reaping the benefits alongside friends of low character like Trump. 700 dollars of fees because one deposit goes in late with fees triple or double the transaction amounts and no willingness to refund even partial fees. A shameful institution.

This bank is horrible they double charge your account and blame you. Their mobile app is faulty and will tell you the wrong amount of money that you have in your account.

Switched banks years ago and have never been happier. Great customer service, banking hours are longer offering more convinience, love the mobile banking too! I can deposit checks directly from my phone. I have and would definitely reccomend this bank again.

Horrible horrible horrible!! Their customer service is terrible!!! Their turnover is huge and I'm sure the reasons are plentiful. Took our loans and banking services to another bank after having to deal with one of their "personal bankers". Beware!
