Been with BankMW for years, the staff in Ottawa are great. Services are also. But they closed one location, and tonight I found the remaining location is only open till 5. No more drive thru till 6. I guess I figure most Americans work till 5, this makes banking less accessible and I wasn’t thrilled about it.

Their lack of concern for their customers during this pandemic. Their neglect of letting their customers know the repercussions that could and will take place in the form of many, many, overdrafts that may be incurred as a result of one overdraft. Their arrogance and rudeness and discrimination concerning their preferences concerning who they will assist in an effort to get their clients back on track. they just do not care. they can and will tack on additional charges to the extent that they take entire paychecks plus part of their stimulus money too, despite the hardships created by the Covid 19 epidemic. You would think as a gesture of compassion during these trying times by not making an already disastrous situation a 100 times worse. But no, ultimately this bank is not about helping it's clients. They are just helping themselves.
