Rex was friendly, and did the best he could for us, but he was unable to fix our vehicle. This was our first experience with Carswell so I'm not so sure we could give them a better rating or recommendation.

They put a new alternator in my car 1 1/2 years ago. The alternator is not working anymore. They would not do anything but replace the alternator. They would not help me at all with labor. I would not do business with them again.
