Nice store. Generally good employess that are polite and will help if asked. My 1 star rating applies to their website. In all the years we've had the ability to look at sites its without question the worst website Ive ever had the unfortunate experience of using. Especially in the year 2024 ! As I've stated above the employees will help if asked but like many places to go above and beyong is almost nonexistent so its really no surprise that whoever built their site put very little effort into whatever basic necessity to just get paid for the job. Its overbearingly discouraging to use. Do better! Shocking that any manager doesnt keep up on the quality or lack of and want better.

Every other time I’ve been here the Gardening customer service has been phenomenal. Scott and Patrick are always going above and beyond with their kindness and courtesy. But my last visit....purchased multiple heavy items and asked for assistance. Was told to pull up at the gate and they’d meet me. Since no one came around, I proceeded to load up the items myself. Once I put up my last plant, a female employee came around, just standing there, continued to watch me. Then asked for my receipt, scribbled on it, then said, “There you go.” She was heavy-set with a round, flat face. No greeting, no apology, no thank you.

Horrible Bad Boy Mowers dealer. I purchased a 2021 Renegade here. Obtaining any kind of service or warranty work has proven to be nearly impossible. No technicians seem to ever be working. Of the two techs, store employees have told me not to let one of them touch my machine. Very discouraging to say the least.

Service is hit or miss. People in the gardening section are generally helpful and pleasant. Sometimes when I ask the employees in the store a question, they act like they'd rather do anything than help me. I have had multiple interactions where the employees were rude.

We were about to check out and the woman at the register asked my daughter if she got to hold a baby chick, she hadn't and she told us that we could. My daughter loved it! They have always had what I needed and have been very friendly!
