Always messy, isles are hard to get through and shelves are not well stocked.

Only plus is it’s closer to my house rather than going on the other side of town. A lot of the stuff is out of stock on shelves (like the refrigerated section tonight). There’s almost always a u-boat blocking shelves on like every other isle. Not to mention the sign outside doesn’t light up (in idk how long!) so you never know by driving by if they’re actually open. Plus the employees are either listening to music through headphones or their phone speaker OR BLASTING IT OVER THE STORE THROUGH A SPEAKER. It’s always loud and annoying. The DG on the other side of town is always 5 stars!

Employee was not very helpful, she was all over the place like she was on something, literally she was talking 100mph couldn't understand her an when ask for certain item she ignored me an went on about how she tried of people asking for things an she had to drop what she is doing just to help them, very disappointed in the Ottawa store, never will i go back to that store
