The reservation process was simple, everything was very affordable and Autumn was the nicest most helpful associate I have come across in several industries in a long time. Truly appreciate any customer service person that can be courteous and uplifting, she truly exceeded any expectation I had.

Storage unit was clean upon arrival. We unexpectedly found a house very quick and ended up not needing the unit as long as we thought. The person I spoke with did us a huge favor by allowing us to “move out” without much notice.
