“Just had a blizzard. Couldn't get home after being released from the hospital. Called to confirm my room and early check-in. When I got there an employee and owner were shoveling snow for me. Employee even offered me help to the door. Great room for the price and excellent service! Really appreciated the extra help.”
“Rm #106 King size bed. Truly Handicap accessible & practical. Big BA to maneuver W/C & Walker. Grab bars where needed. Went beyond min ADA standards. Clean linens, surfaces, mini frig clean & properly working. Firm, comfortable bed & pillows. Appears newly updated w/paint, Retro light fixtures in modern ways. Quiet. I'm in town often short notice for my son's Ottawa Univ ⚽ Games. Too late to drive home. This will be my #1 place to stay.”

“Stayed there for my mother's funeral that was held at a local Mortuary. Unfortunately my sweet dog wasn't doing good health wise but the vet in KC said she would be ok for a week or more..so I took her with us to Ottawa because I didn't want to leave alone for several hours in KC..left her at the motel for 3 hours..she passed away when I was at the funeral. The hotel staff cleaned the room after I took her body to the local vet . They also waived the pet deposit. I wished I would have had them checked on her while I was at my mother's funeral. But nothing could have been done according to the local vet. Top notch service however.”
