Garbage management team, employees are treated like garbage same goes for customers. crackhead shooting up in the bathroom (an employee) , I could go on & on . It’s just a terrible situation and really the whole place is a toxic environment with how everybody is treated. The whole store I feel like it needs to be re trained

Went in for pm oil change and two weeks later I'm still waiting on my truck to be finalized with all the damage Josh Sweeney caused to my engine!!!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR WORK ON YOUR TRUCK!!!!
Davis Osborne is handling my claims case and he is much worse! Its been 4 days for a response from him. He said he took responsibility for repairs but being out of work this long can put a company out of business.

Parking lot ok. Inside clean. Showers tolerable. Pressure sucked in shower.
Laundry room small. 2 washers but 4 dryers. Makes no sense. And then one washer is down. So hours upon hours to do one load of laundry. Every loves so far over the last 2 weeks had been like that. Can't do laundry cause I don't have all day and night to wait. It's ridiculous. They can brag about building new ones but can't fix it when it goes down. That should be a priority.

The food selection is great! The bathrooms are clean and nice. The folks working here are very friendly.

The store was fine. However, the shower was a different story. Wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty wash cloth still in shower, floor Wasn't dry, and every 10 minutes they were knocking on door. Didn't know there was a time limit on showers here.

They used to be really good at keeping up the place. Seems management has changed.The toilets, restrooms in general, are no longer kept clean.The coffee area is not kept clean.The showers are not swept out.The laundry is dirty.Not what I used to see. Visit in emergency cases only.

Big parking area for the trucks and it's designed and set up for every truck to have plenty of room to back. The customer service was amazing. The cashier took her time to explain a certain process. The showers were very clean and the hot water was perfect.

Worst run loves I've been in. Staff stands around complaining about their jobs in front of customers. Bathrooms are a complete mess. Go to TA a few exits down.
