Super quick! Super kind! Wallet friendly! Took my mustang in to see if I could get my ac repaired. The front desk lady was amazing and super kind and honestly had most of my answers I was asking for. The guy (John I believe) was great , explained everything he noticed and seen. Gave me the run down on options via mechanic or not. 10/10

I am so glad I went with Main Street Auto. The customer service is next level compared to anywhere else I called. They were upfront and honest with me about pricing and quick to complete the job. I believe the man who did the repair's name was John and he explained everything to me and did his best to make the repairs as low cost as possible. Renee from the office could not have been nicer. I can not see myself going anywhere else for anything car related again. These folks know what they're doing and truly value your business. Top-notch!

Main Street Auto is the best in town for their services, they’ve moved from 15th and Main to first and North Cedar and honestly their newest location is best because it’s a lot easier to park there and it’s easier to access.
John and Renee and their staff are fantastic people who are very kind and will get you the best deal possible for your car maintenance issues and will actually get it done a lot quicker than most will so totally recommend!
A week ago I went to advance auto parts for totally unrelated car issue, and the lady at advanced auto parts informed me that my serpentine belt had cracked and oh boy, it was..
At first I called Hyundai because my car is under warranty and I wanted to see if they can help me which they could but it would cost $130 just for them to look at it and that doesn’t even include the amount it would cost to actually get it fixed plus labor . I’m broke. I don’t have that much money.. heh who isn’t? Plus Hyundai I can’t get me in for weeks and I don’t have long to wait.
So my uncle Rodney got in touch with Main Street auto for $127 TOTAL -they got it fixed and blazing fast time and I couldn’t be happier!!
Main Street Auto is super fast and efficient! If you’re in the Ottawa Kansas area or nearby, and you have car maintenance issues..

I’ve gotten 2 cars from there now and I would totally buy another if I needed to. The prices are more than fair and what keeps me coming back is the quick and reasonable service when something does come up.
Add in the cheap oil changes and Main Street auto is the place to go. John and Renee have my business again and again.

They saved me a lot of money for a job I didn't even authorize to be done by me. The Insurance Adjuster ordered to have the work done so John the owner of the shop told the Insurance company they had to pay the bill.Thanks John Renae and JasonA Job Well Done ?✅

Honestly, I'm sad I’ll be moving soon. I may still even make the drive. They can be kind of hard to get ahold of (I’m assuming because they’re a family owned business), but they’re SO friendly. Growing up with a dad that was a big car person, it’s rare to find a shop that will treat you like they would their own kid, and I feel like they do that here. Prices are beyond fair compared to big companies and it never takes very long for them to work. Thanks to everyone here!
