I had their service for 6 months. Initial setup was very easy and communication was great. However they have an automated truck and will not pickup personal trash cans or any large boxes without prior approval. Any trash that does not make it into the truck is left in your lawn.Service: Trash removal & disposal

10-2023 update. They no longer take extra leaf bags. All must be in the container. Still very friendly.Best trash service in town. They always take my extra trash lawn/leaf baggs. I dont know what their limmet is but even during leaf season they take the extra baggs. Other trash services only take 2 baggs. I highly recommend Ottawa sanitation.Service: Trash removal & disposal
