Guest services was quick and helpful when we came in at 2am for a room that accepts pets. We were not disappointed.

So I would not recommend coming to this place. The housekeeping people tried to force their way into the room, when we had gotten there after midnight and didn't need anything. I told them several times and they still tried to push past me. Every time I went out of my room I was watched. They or someone was coming up and standing outside the room.. there was also blood on a towel when I went to take shower also the shower squealing.. when the owner or whatever when told just looked at my husband and didn't say anything. You can not get the room a comfortable temperature between the air that came through the windows and the heater staying on constantly if you turned the heater off it got cold if you keep it on you were sweating and uncomfortable. You can't use the remote for the TV you have to turn the TV on and off by the button on the TV. So yeah our family's stay here was stressful and anxiety filled because of housekeeping staff and lack of proper window insulation.

Terrible. Abhorrent. Waste of money that I'll never see back
Housekeeping repeatedly VIOLATED my family's right to privacy. Tried to force their way into our room, then was caught eavesdropping at our door numerous times. Mentioned it to the owner and he looked at me like I was stupid. Made no attempt to apologize or anything. And we had dried blood on our "clean" towels.
You are better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

The lady receptionist from India is the rudest individual I have encountered in a long time. There is a reason why they hardly ever have anyone staying at their hotel except for drug addicts. It’s almost like they don’t want to rent rooms to people by the way they treat customers. The rooms are gross, there is not a room in the hotel that isn’t near the loud staircase meth heads trample up and down all night long going outside to chain smoke or the elevator clanging and beeping all night. I discovered bed bugs and my shower wouldn’t work and they would not give me another room or refund me. Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. You will definitely regret staying here.

Rm #106 King size bed. Truly Handicap accessible & practical. Big BA to maneuver W/C & Walker. Grab bars where needed. Went beyond min ADA standards. Clean linens, surfaces, mini frig clean & properly working. Firm, comfortable bed & pillows. Appears newly updated w/paint, Retro light fixtures in modern ways. Quiet. I'm in town often short notice for my son's Ottawa Univ ⚽ Games. Too late to drive home. This will be my #1 place to stay.

Very clean, almost like remodelled. Very quiet. Customer service was great. Pool area is clean, no smells. Stop in if going by.

Don't go here, don't even call! Me and a friend went on a camping trip out in the surrounding area and we got hit with severe weather. We couldn't stay at the camp grounds because it wasn't safe. We were not close enough to home to drive back. So we found the closest hotel and called. The man that answered was extremely rude. Everyone that is associated with Wyndham is disrespectful. You can't understand them either. This man wouldn't give us a room because it was the middle of the night. I told him our situation and he said, no I could check in at 3:00pm the next day. So we had to drive all the way back home then back to the camp site the following day to finish the trip. I've had multiple bad experiences with Wyndham employees at all different locations. It's because they hire their staff through staffing agencies and most of the employees are illegally here. They can't cash a check let alone speak or understand English. I won't ever stay with Wyndham if I don't have to.

This was a horrible place to stay. Wish I would have read reviews before booking this hotel. Room was kinda dingy looking. Never checked for bed bugs but after seeing reviews wish I would have. Water was spilled on the bed by my 2 year old son and I was charged $100 cleaning fee be used they said it looks like pee. My son still wears diapers so there was no pee on the bed and the bed was obviously that dirty. Will never be staying here again. I will pay more money to stay some where cleaner and friendlier or I'll sleep in my car, it would be much better accommodations then the Super 8 in Ottawa, KSRooms: Room was dingy looking and a little worn, with scamming their customers the way they do you think they'd be able to afford good houskeepers and to update thingsFood & drinks: Walmart and several restaurants are close by. The location of the hotel was great. The hotel itself was not.

The room could have been aired out better, the ac hits the window drapes. There was a odor to the room. Bring your air sanitizer with you.

This was a top of the line motel. Clean comfortable everything you could want. 😄
Safety: Well lit around the entrance. Great place
Walkability: Easy to walk from parking lot to the door.
Food and drinks: Restaurant close at hand
