Wow worst service out of all providers loses calls all the time and they get you and fees and customer service charges my bill was 243 on the 27th went to pay it today and what???? My bill went up to 292 oh its because your more days past due now wow 50 something dollars im done verizon is where its at

I was very confused about my bills after some misunderstandings about my account. I went into the store to get some help and Phoenix was understanding and took the time to listen and help me to understand what was going on with my bill. I was very thankful for her suggestions and caring attitude. I felt much better leaving the store than when I entered.

ASHTON was an amazing young man that helped me last week! Long story short the day before I had gone to a different 3rd party T-Mobile carrier in town to get a new line of service. I spent over 2 hours on the phone that day w/T-Mobile just to be told call back in 24 hours. Fast forward to the next day I went into the local Ottawa T-Mobile shop. Explained what was going on to Ashton, he had me in and out of there with a line of service and a new number in 20 minutes! This young man knows his stuff! Totally recommend you ask for him if you need help with your service in Ottawa. Dude totally needs a raise! He did for me in 20 minutes what 4 other people could not do in 2 hours . Ashton’s just the best! ? ✌️?

Phil is the guys name. he was extremely rude to my husband and I went we went in today on our only day off to try to get T-Mobile phone service and home internet set up. He did not want to help us in any way and said “I don’t have any use for an iPhone 10” on a trade in. Why does HE need to have a use for it? Anyway we wont be going back and will probably go with Verizon now

Nicole (although really, everyone there) is amazing. Nicole is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable, and her customer service skills are far above the norm. I know I'm excellent hands working with Nicole. I **HIGHLY ** recommend this T-mobile store for all your phone needs. Great job, everyone!

The two young men that were running the store tonight were top notch. They both were super helpful and answered all of my questions while opening up two new lines on my account. They were great!

Great service from Amber, Danny, and Phoenyx today! Would recommend going to see them. Thank you ?Late edit-I want to add a CAUTION here:That day in store, just before I left Phoenyx pulled up this site on my new phone, added the 5 stars & asked me to give review & actually recommended what should be said. I had to get to work so just quickly did it & left. Later that night I realized she had taken the sim cards out of both of the phones I had brought in, my broken phone & a phone a friend gave me to use. (I called the customer support # & they said that is NOT normal practice, but assured me my info would be safe). She had transferred my info from my broken phone to my friends, then told me it's not going to work properly because it was an older phone & she recommended a new phone, which I purchased. Being not so tech savvy I asked her to delete my info out of my friend's phone so I could return it to him. She said it'd be easier to just take the sim card out & shred it. I was concerned about the security of mine & my friend's information on it & she assured me it'd be fine, that they have a company that takes care of that. I joked about having a micro shredder for such tiny items & gave her permission to take that one. But not the one from my old phone! I didn't realize that one was even gone until just before bedtime & I wanted my alarm info. The next day I returned to the store, but they weren't open yet so I left to do errands & while I was gone I got an alert saying someone was trying to get into my fb acct. I knew it wasn't me & wasn't sure what to think, this hadn't happened before. Then when I got back to the store, I asked Phoenyx about the sim cards & she said those were gone & we can't get them back, & I told her I'd gotten an alert that someone had tried to get into my fb acct & she told me it was her! Like no big deal! (She's the new assistant manager! & should know that's absolutely illegal per my 2nd call to customer support, whom told me to report it to local police). When I asked her why she was trying to get in to my acct, she said because you told me were having trouble with your messenger acct. But the alert came in that morning before the store ever opened & she did NOT have permission to get into my fb acct & I was not even present when she was trying to get into it. So a word of caution if being assisted by her.Also, removing the sim card did NOT delete my info from my friend's phone, customer support walked me thru a reset of the phone that did remove it.I would like to add that Amber & Danny were fabulous. And Amber was amazing in helping me get things straightened out a time before when there were issues at this store & she managed the other store, that is now closed. So I really would highly recommend Amber.

Sales rep at this location named Danny has been extremely helpful extremely polite. To the point that he really should get a raise he really is a very good employee. And the reason that I did not give up on T-Mobile. The customer care line the 611. Absolutely is horrendous I have called them twice in this last week trying to take care of the service and they have been horrible they would get a minus rating you can't get answers from the phone service people. I had one sound like she was drunk I actually asked her if she was drunk or high and I still never got a resolution to why I was calling. So the phone service customer care service you guys need to work on that. But Danny at the location here in Ottawa Kansas on 15th is absolutely the top of the top best service I can say that I have experienced gone out of his way to make sure that all needs were met.
