Failed to submit my state or federal return that she signed and was compensated to file — did not inform me. I was charged $700 by the IRS in late fees and interest.

I had an appointment she canceled. Said she was sick. Left several messages for a return call even visited the office. Verry poor service, lack of respect and very rude. Not good for a small town business. I wouldn't recommend to a goat
