Have lived in Ottawa since 03..never had anything but satisfactory service..and that's comming from someone who worked in a USPS level 22 office..they always try to do their best..can't ask 4 more than that..

My nephew is stationed in Japan so I send stuff periodically. Due to it being international it requires additional paperwork. Tim has always been great about helping with it. It does take a bit of his time, but he is always positive and helpful.

I'm a former USPO carrier. My complaint with the Ottawa Ks Post Office is that either it's not being taught or passed on, that when leaving parcels, if there is a porch OR enclosed porch, open the door and set it inside out of the weather and for security. New carriers are lazy. Try the door. Look in the door window.
