If I could give a zero I would. They need a new customer service representative! The guy that helps the customers is very RUDE! He is not customer oriented at all! Avoid UPS in Ottawa at all costs.

Not very polite or helpful. I drove 30 miles one way to make a return. This place is a waste of time. Open 2 hours a day??!! Are you kidding and then have a sign up saying no Amazon returns. Says on the website they take returns NOTHING mentioned about not taking Amazon items back. I will never again order from a company that uses UPS. I hope you all go out of business. You have become a terrible company over the years.?

So the UPS driver dropped off my Amazon package yesterday 4/25/2023 and it was completely empty. Why would they deliver an open empty package? Horrible!

Not a friendly staff. Brought in a package during their 2 hour window of being open with a QR code. Guy just pointed to the handwritten sign about no longer accepting QR code deliveries. Why even bother with 2 hours of operation. What a joke.

The employees here rock and will do there best to take care of you. UPS is a flaming dumpster fire and needs to take a long walk off a short pier. After going through their automated prompt system and it hanging up on me three times after telling me to use the website or the app, which could not meet my needs, I will never do business with these people again. Their app and website said we do not offer this service to you and the phone said you have to use the app or the website. Clown Shoes.

They no longer accept returns with QR codes on them. You have drive to Lawrence to the UPS store. UPS does one thing, ship. But they won't accept packages.

I have always had good service until the last two deliveries. They were left tied to the mailbox. I live in the country, the mailbox is on the road 400 feet from the house.

Package still there hasn't moved in three days
