Pinnacle quickly helped my mom refill her propane tank. The delivery driver, Alva, was incredibly kind and helpful. We are so pleased and grateful for Alva and Pinnacle helping us out, and I highly recommend Pinnacle! Top notch service and a very big thank you to Alva!

Pinnacle took over Heetco and we've been with them ever since. They were not taking care of the tank properly and we've had problems with our billing. We have finally switched to another company. The amount of people who were told that it's normal to smell propane by this company is truly sad. If the tanks are maintained properly, there shouldn't be any propane smell. I am just glad we found a better company. Please don't stick with any company that doesn't take your families safety seriously. There are other propane options. Look at my reviews to see where we went. Maybe if enough people complain, Pinnacle will do a better job. I am not sticking around to find out.

Terrible website and terrible customer service. Waiting for almost a month for delivery and still nothing. Tried calling and no answer.

Do NOT use this company. I prepaid for winter 21/22. Got one delivery then started getting billed??? It took over a month to resolve that...Now I haven't rec'd. any more delivery's. Calling them is a joke. They have so many complaint's against them (BBB) that it takes forever for them to answer. Today, they are telling me they delivered a few days ago..THEY DID NOT deliver anything but deducted the 100 gallons from me. I haven't got that resolved yet. Waiting on a call back from them. I"ll probably not get it.

As one of the reviewers stated, when they were Heetco; I had great service. Now the service and responses are lacking. This is the second time, I have run out of propane. I'm suppose to be on a keep full basis. I spent all weekend without heat. I left a message over the weekend and followed up this morning and was told they couldn't find my account. I have had my account with Heetco and now Pinnacle since 2003. Ok, she found my account but she can't promise anyone will be out today and she can't tell me when they will be. I'm seriously considering finding a different provider.

We found ourselves in a really scary situation. We are fairly new to the whole propane thing and this extreme cold caught us off gaurd. We woke up to a cold house and empty propane tank. We called 7 different companies/locations who told us we'd be looking at two weeks before they would be to our house (if they were accepting new customers at all). Obviously the fault was our own, we can't be mad at any company that couldn't or wouldn't show up to help right away. But Pinnacle Propane (the Overbook location) did. My family is warm tonight because of some great customer service. I know who we will be calling from here on out. A couple lessons learned today! THANK YOU to the staff and management for communicating and working us in and an even bigger thank you to the driver for braving the bitter cold for us today! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

literally if i could give this place a 0 star i would worst place in the world to get propane and if you need your propane tank moved. they won’t show up there late for everything terrible so if you pick these guys your gonna have so much trouble. literally would rather have helen keller do our propane.
