The employee who appears to be trans assumes all animals are emotional support animals and thinks it's ok to ask for documentation. That is not acceptable. The only question allowed to be asked is if the animal is working. The prejudice at work in this store is unacceptable.

Most of the time you can count on the cashier to be rude and just bothered with you being there.

I would say you should just demo this whole thing and then start fresh. Employees are rude. I guess they don’t even know when their own pumps aren’t working but will definitely let you go ahead and pay for gas on pumps that don’t work. And then the cashier decided to say oh you realized the pump didn’t work. I work across the street it is the closest gas station to my job and I would much rather go without than deal with being made to feel stupid and then talked to like it’s my fault or problem. This isn’t the first nor the second time I’ve dealt with RUDE cashiers in this specific 7-11 why would I want to deal with a rude 7-11 cashier on my 30 minute break just trying to get food and gas.?

If only I could leave ZERO stars. The cashier was very rude about no animal's. When I responded with he is a service animal, I was rudely addressed with where are his papers. And it got worse from there, I left without spending the 40.00 I was planning to spend here. Instead I found WALGREENS and HYVEE GAS right across the street much more pleasant and welcoming!

awful. absolutely awful. they accepted my money for gas while knowing the pumps were broken. i waited for 20 minutes while they pretended to fix it only to be out my money and told its “not their problem.”

I’ve been going to this 7-11 for many years and it is the best 7-11 I’ve been to. The entire team is great and courteous. The store is clean and organized. Jerah stands out, she can really brighten a day with the positive energy she displays to every customer!

Alden who worked may 13 2022 between 3 30 am to 4 30 am should be terminated from this store. I watched him being totally unprofessional and rude to a doordash driver asking the driver to write the customers name on the bags when in fact all of the times the bags have name written in them before the driver pics it up and he threw the pen at the driver to write it. Alden was a white guy and bearded with less hair on top said more rude stuff after. The owner and the manager needs to review the camera for the day and time mentioned above.this is not the only time who was rude to a men of color

Overnight worker working Saturday 13th of November was dressed like a bum. Not in uniform. Didn't acknowledge me when I came in. Didn't know how door dash works. Very rude. Obviously hates job.

Some rude, arrogant cashier who looked like a meth head refused to sell me cigarettes without ID when I'm CLEARLY old enough and have been for QUITE a while now, after I drove miles out of my way at 2am to find an open gas station. I immediately offered up my birthday and then started to patiently explained how my wallet had been stolen and I haven't been able to get a new ID yet because a family member misplaced important documents that I need to get a new one, and he cuts me off and snidely says, "Im not selling you cigarettes without an ID". So I say "please, I came all the way out of my way just to find an open gas station and hadn't been having any issue anywhere, with even Quik Trip (who are VERY strict about carding and only sell without ID to people that are obviously MUCH older than 21) never carding me anymore and he AGAIN cuts me off and goes "I don't care THIS is 7-eleven and you're not getting them". What is WRONG with people?!? Clearly this guy felt powerless and lacking control in his life and felt the need to exert power over others in whatever petty way he could because of it. This guy also had weird movements and fast speech and LOOKED like he was on drugs so I would not at all be surprised if they're hiring meth heads. Maybe the meth addiction is why he feels so powerless and out of control... Who knows. But what I DO know is I will never be going to a 7-Eleven again PERIOD.
