Terrible! We waited at Walmart for 3 1/2 hours before we could get someone to us!!! We were stranded out of town so it's not like we had a spare car we could access or get to.... Just terrible! Y'all charge us A LOT and have to make us wait for HOURS!!!! FREAKING PATHETIC!!!!!!

I am , and I believe I will always be a AAA patron. What started with emergency roadside coverage has now expanded to homeowner's insurance, Auto insurance, and rental insurance for family members.
Their services regarding travel, Auto repair shop referrals and discounts is unmatched. More importantly, when you need your insurance provider to really step up and do the right thing, they have never let me down.
This week, I went into the Overland Park office with an assorted to do list. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Cindy Shedd. She expertly took care of every question that bounced from rental insurance proof for my daughter's landlord to helping to plan a detailed trip to Italy covering 5 different cities. I never had to leave my seat. Thank you AAA and especially Cindy Shedd for the great service.

Terrible refund experience. I tried canceling the same day, but the agent failed to process it properly and didn't disclose the non refundable start up fee or online promotional rate. I was misinformed multiple times about my refund status and was told I would receive a full refund. After two months of follow-ups, I only received a partial refund. I had to escalate the issue to corporate, only to find out I was stuck with the fee due to the agent's mistake. Very frustrating and misleading process.

Quality of local service has significantly declined: mistakes on policy amounts and premiums, doesn't return phone calls or emails. There are very little options for managing your account online and they don't have the most competitive rates, so without good customer service, what do they have to offer? Looking at other agencies after 15 years.

AAA is not what it used to be. It was much better when they had assigned agents, where you got the one on one services. Now whichever agent answers the phone pulls your policy(s) up. The agent really does not seem to care about the client anymore. I will be getting quotes from other insurance agencies where I can get the individual services, with an assigned agent.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Harris Felsen made a mess of my account, refused to do anything about it, went AWOL and I received no further communication until I got mail from a debt collector. I called to resolve the issue over the phone, and got a smarmy unhelpful lady who would not listen and insisted everything was my fault. Read the other reviews here so you can avoid the same problem. Truly an awful location full of lazy despicable losers.

Went in to make an adjustment to my car insurance. Jacob was very helpful and helped me make the right decisions. Best of all he was fast and ended up saving me money while still keeping some additional coverage.

Save you money. I called for help and they said they would help me in twelve hours. Lol. What a miserable company. Takes our membership money but won't help you when you need it.

I waited over 3 hours for a tow last night with snow and zero weather. Finally called another tow company. 45 minutes later I was towed and thawing out. I have premier AAA service and they said I should look on the web site and get a reimbursement form. They will consider it. What happened to AAA?

Harris felsen was a in non-communicative disaster for my 5-6 yrs he was my agent. Phone, email no response, unless I threatened to cancel (20 yrs @ aaa). As another review said they wouldn't have him empty his trash, I Agree!! Don't walk away from this guy, RUN! A disgrace for a good ins company!
