Went in to complete a return. And the first person who helped me was not helpful and unknowledgeable. I received the item as a gift and wanted to have the money go back on the original form of payment. The only option the associate offered was a gift card. She said it was out of the return window, and when I explained the holiday return policy, she still insisted it was out of window, after receiving the gift card, I saw on the website that the return was within window and Miguel went above and beyond to try to assist and allow us to get the refund. He was very kind and patient. I really appreciated his assistance!!

The younger blonde manager is extremely rude and demeaning. She needs to be set straight immediately. Her tonality is awful. Will never step foot in that store again.I also heard her degrading her own employee. Talking to them like a child. Yikes. Stay away

Waited 25 minutes in line for a 2 item pickup order. Many staff members walked by seeing the line and never helped.

I love Abercrombie, but this location is just flat out terrible. Their fitting rooms have been closed for well over a year, their staff is incompetent and flat out rude (they literally will not speak even one word to you while in the store), and they never have inventory in smaller sizes. I’m shocked that corporate hasn’t stepped in to do something to resolve any of the issues at this store yet. It’s truly a shame because I feel like the inevitable end result here is for the store to shut down from lack of sales.

I had a damaged sweater given to me foe Christmas and they were able to provide a full refund. And while it was a seasonal item. They assisted in finding me the same sweater online which was on clearance. I ended up saving 18.00 after the extra customer service provided.

No associate ever offered any help in finding my size. I spent over 20 minutes digging through piles of jeans to find my size and then headed to the fitting room with three pairs in tow to try on. I have never bought jeans at Abercrombie but heard rave reviews. Obviously I don’t know my size and I’m not going to buy any without trying them on first. I get to the fitting room and there is a sign that says “Fitting Rooms CLOSED”. There is an associate folding clothing on the table inside the fitting room area and I asked her if there was a fitting room that was open that I could use. She told me no, the fitting rooms are closed today. She was rude and said she just got there and read the sign herself. I went to the cashier and asked if the fitting rooms were really closed and was told by the cashier yes, because there were only two associates working the floor right now. I guess they won’t sell very many $100 pairs of jeans today! I left without trying on or purchasing any items. The store was a mess. Clearly understaffed.

Could possibly be the slowest cashier line in history. You should add couches for people to sit on while they wait centuries to pay.

Just waited in line for 30 minutes to check out while one employee was on a personal call on the store phone and the other employee was on the phone with customer service trying to resolve an issue. Every time I come to the store I have an experience like this, just absolutely terrible. The dressing rooms are never open, which is a shame since this is the last physical store in all of Kansas and Missouri. Don’t waste the trip going up there for returns or dressing room. Not even sure how the store still open.

Love the environment love the style....not the prices. Definitely recommend only going when you got money to splurge. I do love catching them when they offer good deals but always end up spending more than I wanted/needed
