A deceased relative has stored a coat with a Alaskan Fur's several years ago. During the process of putting the estate probate, the communication with the company was excellent. I was finally able to retrieve the coat and it was in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent. They even shipped the coat to my home.

Depends on the sales person you get…I have had more personal interactions with grocery store clerks than one of their salesmen. Another was much better.

I love Alaskan Fur Company! My Father worked there for 42 years. As a child, I would sometimes go see him at work on Petticoat Lane and when they moved to Overland Park. I have so many great memories of the people there and how they treated my Father with dignity and respect. Forever in my heart!!!

Alaskan Fur has an amazing selection of furs, leathers, ski jackets and accessories! It is my go to when I am looking for unique pieces and knowledgeable staff! They also offer unique ideas to repurpose older family Heirloom furs for new generations. I highly recommend them!
