Not careful and not responsive. This was a small local move. These guys were all about getting in and out fast which is surprising because they charge by the hour. They completely skipped packing one kitchen cabinet. The movers ran out of packing paper so they taped dishes together with sticky tape that would not come off after. When I tried to get compensation for the dishes they said I would get an email from someone in claims and that never happened. It was not a big claim but I wanted them to acknowledge that this wasn’t accidental or incidental but lazy and negligent. A little customer care would go a long way.

Despite the other reviews, I decided to move forward with All My Sons Moving, and I'm so glad I did! Brennan and Jordan were professional, kind, efficient, and did it all in the rain! THANK YOU for making my move smooth!

Our move was supposed to be small in nature; from room to room. It was going to hopefully be basic, simple and quick. "Supposed to be."We initially looked into paid services due to a lack of options. This was actually supposed to save me a few hundred dollars, but since they were 2 hours late, it wound up costing my business thousands because of my absence and cancelled appointments!Now, I have to cancel some other work related commitments as I try to find an other accommodations.I'm sorry if this seems slightly off topic, but I did get a look at the "movers" as I came out to turn them away, and tbh I wouldn't trust these guys to move a doghouse. Working with the general public on a daily basis, I fully aware that we're in the midst of declining standards, but wow. In a word; HORRIBLE

If I could give this company negative stars I completely would. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment a 1/2 mile and charged me almost 1000.00 that is after they were 5 hours late and ME calling 3 times...not once was I reached out to to keep me updated. The man that scheduled my moved assured me I would be done in plenty of times for my concert that evening (he was going to as well). I missed the show which in turn cost me 300.00...I was told that they would refund me all of the money they charged which was yet another lie. I never received my deposit back. Even though they could not control the weather they could have communicated instead of treating me like I was a bother. They tried to tell me they shut down during the rain which I knew was a lie because the kind gentleman that actually did the moving said they had not stopped all day, it was their 3rd move of the day. Complete liars and will shaft you anyway they can.

Back in Sept. I called All My Sons Moving and got a quote which sounded good. It was for a furniture only move because I was able to move all of my other smaller items on my own. ON MOVE DAY, I ALREADY HAD ALL OF MY FURNITURE STAGED IN MY LIVING ROOM AND READY TO MAKE IT EASY FOR THE MOVERS, AND TO MINIMIZE THE MOVE TIME. The two young men who moved me did a great job and were great to work with.Justin, their Manager called me once the truck was fully loaded. (He instructs the movers to text him once they have fully loaded the truck with all of your stuff)Justin then jacked the price up by $400 bucks on me saying that there was more furniture than what we had discussed for the quote. This was absolutely not true, I had everything listed out. He was rude and kept repeating over and over again that the movers would not unload my stuff into my new place until I paid him the extra $400 over the phone with my credit card.I wouldn't have minded paying a couple extra hundred bucks in the end, as that is usually expected. However $400 extra bucks is insane! I felt bad but I could no longer afford to give a good tip to the two young movers that actually did all of the work.I'M A SINGLE GUY AND MY THINGS DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO FILLING UP THE SMALL 20 FT. MOVING TRUCK THAT WAS SENT.I ONLY HAD THEM MOVE MY FURNITURE AND NO BOXES AT ALL.MY FURNITURE ONLY MOVE FROM ONE APARTMENT TO ANOTHER WITHIN OLATHE CITY LIMITS TOOK 3.5 HOURS TOTAL ( 8AM - 11:30AM ) AND ENDED UP COSTING ME $1300 UNEXPECTEDLY.

I was quoted half the amount of hours it eventually took to complete the move, so my final cost was 2x my quote, and the movers were instructed to take my payment — which also included fees that were not in my quote — before anything was unloaded from the truck and loaded into my new house. Almost all my furniture was damaged (to include the legs broken off my dresser), as well as my door frames and walls in several places. I was also told I could keep everything in my drawers to save time; imagine my surprise when those items with drawers were carried UPSIDE DOWN, causing absolute mayhem when I eventually opened them. I should have just thrown all my stuff down the stairs and dragged it down the street myself and saved $1,200.

I booked this moving company a few weeks ahead. They were supposed to arrive around 8:30am and they said they could not come until after 4:30pm. I ended up having to cancel because i could still not get a time when they would come move our stuff. I do not recommend using this company- they are not reliable and cannot give you even an updated time of when they will arrive. We literally waited all day and finally had to cancel the move- wasting an entire day. Do not use this moving company.

Retraction of my first review. I stated I could not get into detail then. Well now I can. These was a bad mishap with an employee. The problem had been corrected and the situation has been resolved.

Terrence and his crew were amazing they made quick work of everything, nothing was broken the team was great and respectful made lur move so much easier!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life! The mangers CAM and JUSTIN, are beyond rude and unprofessional. They are also crooks!! This experience ended with me filing a fraud report to my bank (because they charged me twice & denied it) and reporting them to the BBB because they repeatedly cussed me and my bf out (screaming the f-word to us 10+ times).Even their workers were disgusted by they’re behavior and expressed how CAM and JUSTIN are known for cussing their customers & workers out. The movers apologized profusely for JUSTIN and CAM’S behavior. Which I did appreciate but didn’t make the experience any better…it only got worst.While JUSTIN was screaming and cussing at me, he then gave me their address and told me to “pull up”. This threatening behavior lasted the entire moving process. He then told the movers to stop moving and hold my personal items hostage in the truck until I paid the full amount right in that moment. Mind you, the movers were in the process of moving my things, they weren’t done with the job. The movers even told me they wouldn’t stop moving my things because they realized how irrational JUSTIN was being.CAM AND JUSTIN are unorganized, ignorant, deranged, and have horrible communication skills.I would be remiss if I didn’t let you know, JUSTIN rescheduled my move 4 times. Then the day of the movers were suppose to come at 7:30a, at 8:05a I had to keep calling them to find out where they were. Cam then answered the phone and rudely told me they were on their way, and in the midst of my sentence he hung up in my face. This back and forth calling and hanging up in my face happened 3 times. The movers didn’t show up until 9:05a.Matt, Yang, and the other 2 movers were the only pleasant part of my experience. Matt gave me 30% off for my all that I endured. And the movers apologized on behalf of the worst people I’ve ever encountered…JUSTIN and CAM. Please go to hell. You two do not need to be in any business what so ever. CAM AND JUSTIN are horrible people, and punks? I hope cussing out and threatening a women made you feel macho. Losers!

Please believe the negative reviews for All My Sons moving. I could write a book about the negative experience, but will keep it at a summary level.1. Showed up 5 hours late for our initial move. Taking no accountability for the delay.2. Second move was scheduled for 8 hours and took 13+ hours. This was due to not being able to staff the entire crew as promised, of the staff that arrived, 2 of the 5 were brand new (as in first day on the job). This showed in the damage done during the move.3. Only filed one claim for the extreme damage done to our brand new refrigerator which was denied. No email regarding the denial was sent until I called the company to ask the status of my claim. When I asked to speak to someone with some authority at the company, I was hung up on. Again no accountability.Do not use All My Sons moving for any reason and read all of the reviews as you will surely experience the same pain of inexperience and zero accountability. There is also no value as the cost is very comparable to any other moving company, so please use another moving company.

We were moved on 6/15/23 and it started of well. Good customer service but in the middle of an 6 hour move my belongs were damaged some to no repair and some repaired. After speaking to local office to tell them all of my stuff was not moved after paying them $2100 we still had to rent a uhaul and complete our move. I called to speak to Justin and he hung up on me. Do not use their services they will be nice until they get your money.

Yikes! Choose someone else to help you move. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They first showed up at the final destination instead of the starting address. They broke a mirror and had to take it with them to trash. They pretty much hit every wall with every piece of furniture. They claimed a table couldn't fit through the door and it very easily could. They left the feet and cushions of couches on different floors of the house where the couches were not located. There's a lot more but the thing that angered me the most was how they damaged our BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE dining set. We spent a ton of money on this move and completed the survey at the end of their service and it asked if we wanted to be contacted. I said "yes!", obviously. It's been a week and we still haven't heard from them. I highly doubt we will.
