If I can give them zero star I would. We have used them for almost 5 months and the CNA that we had initially was great. She had 27yrs of experience and I didn’t have to ask her to take action. She was completely proactive. She was under paid and over worked so she left the company. The newly assigned caregiver showed up 15mins late with a “can’t do and won’t do” attitude. After we explained our needs she said she needed to call the office and stepped outside. She then stated that the office was going to call us and explained her job to us with an attitude. We then excused them since she was very limited on her responsibility and lots of attitude. She left everything out on my counter and left. How can the patient feel comforted and trusting feeling when the “caregiver” sets there own limitations?

Do NOT work for this company. Someone needed coverage here in Lawrence, KS so I began working roughly 70 hours a week at first because they pleaded for help. Here we are over a month and a half later and I’ve been paid ONCE, with that one time being late also and the people important enough to give answers can not be contacted nor return messages supposedly given to them. Not only that but they did not have me turn in any TB test info or CPR info whether needed or not. This company is nothing but a sham.Edit: A year later and I was never fully compensated. Or even close to. I said they are a sham of a company but it’s much more like a legitimate SCAM! This is a fact, one I would swear on the Bible in front of a judge to say. Also based on other reviews, Joshua may be actually one of the worst human beings I’ve ever dealt with, personal or professional. His ability to lie or misinform was unparalleled.

Ashely home care or Joshua Bolen I don’t know who exactly I worked for that finds it difficult to pay me. Apart from being given a wrong office address and never answering phone calls or calling back at the appropriate time I m pissed right now for being paid a check that was returned to me by my bank and attracted charges of $12. You can’t eat your cake and have it back, you’ve got to pay me my money. And I will make sure I report this fraudulent practices to the appropriate body. Joshua was on my neck to work for this company and was calling me everytime, I had to stop working because I knew there was something fishy, I wasn’t comfortable with the calls because it didn’t feel right to me being called at just anytime because you my employer, there was no clarification on all levels, you get employed over the phone and fill in forms they send to your email, you can’t visit their office. I really need to visit this office to see the kind of people that work here as admin staff. I don’t advise even my worse enemy to pick up a job with them even if they the last job standing.

How do I report this fraudulent company or Joshua Bolen? Do not work here! They do not pay their employees. They don't answer phone when you call. Frauds!!! The address is Fake. Went there and it is just an empty office space. Called Joshua Bolen for the correct address and gave another bogus address to the middle of no where! After this review Joshua called and promised to pay check for hours worked and the check has bounced! Very fraudulent Company! Do not work here do not put loved ones in their care!

Working caregivers do not get paid from this agency. Administrative staff is not reliable or accountable. Agency did not find enough caregivers for a client needing extensive care, despite accepting all of their Medicaid contract hours.

WHEN WE WERE SPOSE TO GET PAID I WAS SENT A BAD CHECK AND THE CHECK BOUNCED AND CAUSE MY ACCOUNT TO GO -550.00 IN THE NEGATIVE AND NOW THAT I WANT MY ACCOUNT FIXED ALL HE KEEPS SAYING IS THAT IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL IN THE NEGATIVE. THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND NOW IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET PAID !!!!
