Came in with an issue on my s24 plus Bianca was great at looking over my device and making sure I left with it working properly! I had some additional questions and she was very helpful at getting those resolved as well

My device was not turned on I could not make calls or texts I had to come out to the store to get everything fixed on top of that the wrong information from the samsung s23 other device was stored into my samsung s24 device. When I first called into the store for help with claiming a new phone the worker was not very friendly or helpful and hung up on me.

They have been charging us for a 5th line. We never agreed to a 5th line. Have change the number multiple times. Called double check with them and they said no. Looked at my bill, and I have been being charged for almost 2 years now for a line we never agreed to. Mind you we also changed that number. Now somehow that number is back ok our bill. Manager of the store refuses to do anything because the people who had helped us doesn't work there anymore. Oh and won't give us the district managers number either. Mind you we have been with atg since it was sure tell. Thank for ripping us off.

The manager at that location goes above and beyond. I went in there a month ago to get my son his first phone and she was wonderful to work with, and then when I came back just recently she remembered and asked how my son was liking his phone. Additionally she's very knowledgeable and kind. The last couple of times we've been she's had a full store of people and was the only one. She was so nice and apologized as she continued to help each client resolve their inquiries, and worked diligently to ensure no one went without being acknowledged and helped efficiently.

Outstanding customer service. Helped my husband get a great phone. I did request her business card. She said she would email her card as she was out.
The representative navigated every detail from downloading data to the new phone, explaining prices. She made sure my husband was very comfortable with his new phone.
My husband is extremely happy with his new phone!
Service at this AT&T store exceeded our expectations!!

Bianca was great my mom had issues with getting her email set up on her iPhone 13 Pro Max and she took the time to get her taken care of and we will definitely go see her when the new iPhone comes out

Shaun was great I was having issues understanding how something on my iPhone 14 worked he took the time to sit down and work with me to make sure I understood! I know I was very repetitive with some of my questions but he never once looked frustrated with me and was happy to help!
