Very convenient location. But that's it. Many times, I stop by after work, and they are closed. The door says open till 8pm. Nope. Hardly have any accessories that I need in stock, and because it's an authorized dealer, they can't honor warranty items. AT&T should have more involvement in stores like this. Very poorly run.

We have been to this store twice now and have had horrible experiences! They are not a corporate store so both times something was screwed up and hours of sitting on the phone or going to a corporate store was needed to fix the problem. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TK A DIFFERENT STOTE!

I went into the store on 97th Street. Ahnaja helped me. She had a wonderful attitude and I had an excellent experience. I think she is beautiful and wonderful!

I have come into this store (closest to my house) 5 times in the past 3 weeks to simply upgrade my iPhone and they have been horrendously understaffed and unable to help.
Whoever manages this location needs to be fired asap.
The employees are very nice and knowledgeable however there is usually only one person working at a time.
I waited 45 minutes while the single employee helped one customer.
Once it was my turn to be seen the employee told me she needed to “go to the back room” only to disappear for 20 minutes.
In the hour or so I was there myself and 8 other potential customers had to leave.

I had issues with my new IPhones bought at a third party AT&T store (Best Buy). Had major issues unlocking my new phones with IT tech and given the runaround, until I came to this location, the young lady (Anandjha) helping me today was kind and courteous. She resolved all of the issues I had with my new IPhone 16 Pro Max and any related technical phone questions I had. Would recommend this store.

The manager, Rachael, helped me get a new phone after mine was stolen. The process and experience was easy and she was friendly and professional. I appreciate that she took the time to answer my questions and explained the features of the new phone.

Everyone was so helpful and patient with me. I bought the wrong version of the new iPhone 16 from a different location but when I needed help I decided to try a different store. When I went in to this one, Ayana (sorry if this is misspelled), Hyman, and Lane did everything in their power and then some to help me get the right phone. I decided to stick with the phone I originally bought, but that was after they all worked with me for about 2 hours to switch back to my old phone so I had the time for a 16 pro to be ordered. They all really went above and beyond and were so kind. If I ever need help again I’m coming to this location
