I was told my phone did meet requirements for an $800 credit, only to be told later it did not meet requirements, and I would only be credited $1. I confirmed several times in the store with the associate, and she kept telling me I would receive credits on my bill. I watched her look up my device on her ATT iPad and confirm my phone was qualified. I gave her my trade-in phone in-person, in-store, so there is no way there was any kind of miscommunication. They lied to my face. I have been getting the run-around from call-center associates telling me there is nothing I can do. If they offer you a promotion, DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT SOMETHING IN WRITING STATING WHAT YOUR TRADE-IN IS WORTH. SPEAK TO A MANAGER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

I went to a different AT&T store and was told they couldn't help me. At this location, Jordan tried everything he could to fix my phone. 3rd try was a charm! He was great to work with! And fixed my phone!

Jordan was very helpful and fixed my problem. There were only 2 associates, they needed more, so had to wait. But they were awesome. The other customers were older, like me, and both associates were very patient and helpful.

the attendant was alone in the store, another customer arrived and she started to ask me pressing to finalize the sale, I wasn't able to resolve everything I wanted. I asked to change the number and she didn't change it. Now I have two numbers on one line and a phone without a number.

Never been pushed so hard to buy things I didn’t want. Went in to buy an iPhone 15. Next thing I know the lady was trying to get me to buy a new Apple Watch ultra (even though there was a BRAND NEW series 9 on my wrist). Then she starts telling me about prices to switch to AT&T fiber Wi-Fi… this was all before she even took care of why I was there in the first place. Then once she finally got the phone ordered she was determined to make me buy the clear MagSafe phone case and screen protector SHE thought I should have rather than the black leather Apple case one i wanted… what a frustrating experience. After 45 minutes she finally got my phone ordered even though I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted… should have been 10 minutes tops.

I came into AT&T a mess. I just had a really bad day. I was helped by a retail sales consultant, first name Maria. She was fabulous. Great people, skills and very knowledgeable. Was in and out of the phone store faster than I ever have been. Made me aware of anywhere I could save money and was able to multitask. Best experience I have ever had.

Rachel helped me with conversion of my new phone from old carrier which was problematic. She showed such grace & persistence in working with porting dept and has provided great follow through. Rachel is a top of the class customer service expert!

I'm glad we had done some research ourselves and had a pretty good idea what we wanted before we went in to trade in 4 year-old iPhones because the help we got was pitiful. I think the woman we worked with was knowledgable, she just didn't want to share her info--we had to drag it out of her. Even then, she seemed much more interested in picking up her lunch than helping us.

Rachael was AMAZING. She knew exactly what I needed and gave me deals I wasn’t even aware of being a nurse. She was very efficient and easy to converse with. I will be going to this store with any of my needs from now on.

Aileen Zamora spent a great deal of time with me when my 6 month old Samsung S22 Ultra decided to go 'Brick' on me. She helped me navigate a call with ATT customer service, helped figure out the best way to get a working phone in my hands, and was incredibly patient while I tried to decide what to do. It was a very complicated and frustrating situation (a brand new $1500 Samsung goes dead) but Aileen, along with help from Mariah Doss, figured out how to best help me and resolve the situation. I would recommend Aileen, Mariah, and all the other representatives at this location!Sean Jacobson
