I happened to stop in with my mom while she was buying a new screen protecter! Grace helped apply the screen protecter to my mom’s phone (beautifully, I might add - 0 bubbles!) and assisted me in making sure I had the right phone case size for my phone! She was a great help and super easy to talk to. She made us feel very comfortable and taken care of!

Akia was my AT&T customer service representative when I recently purchased my new cell phone the iPhone 16 Pro. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous ands nice. She is a lovely person and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the transition from my old phone to my new phone. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know if/when they need to get a new phone.
